It doesn't matter what CVS you go to in America they are all incompetent.Clearly it's not an employee problem its a corporate problem because they're all the same.

I went inside to pick up my prescription. Very quick service and friendly employees. I would like to say though is the drive thru is another thing. I won’t go thru it because you might be there anywhere from 20-30 minutes! Needs to improve that service. Not just once this has happened several times. I won’t even consider drive thru now…

Sarah in the pharmacy was completely rude throughout my transaction. Even going so far to say she didn’t like the signature I provided so reset it and had me redo it. Will never come to this CVS again. If zero stars were possible I would have given it.

While the employees are polite enough, this was a very aggravating experience. I waited 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru line to pick up a new prescription. When it was finally my turn and I went to give them my GoodRx coupon. I was told that they couldn't make that adjustment at that register. When I asked why I was told because they wanted to keep the line moving and that I would need to come in to the drop off desk and get the adjustment there. First off in the time it took to explain all this they could have typed in the coupon. It literally takes 30 seconds. So I drive around park and go inside stand in line for the drop off window. When it's my turn it takes about 30 seconds to put the code in. Then I'm told I still can't have my Rx. That now I need to go stand in the very long line with people who came inside to pick up their RXs. All told I was there 50 minutes. This business cares nothing about customer service. I just kept thinking " Imagine if this had been a person with disabilities. How needlessly difficult this would have been for them." So beware they really don't want you using your coupons. In my opinion they are making it this hard so you don't.

Waited 30 minutes for my son's medicine. They said they didn't have it. I called his doctor he had already called it in. Then they find it, then said the dosage wasn't listed. I called the doctor again and they refused to talk to him on my phone even though they verothe number I had was the same as what they have. Then the curly head female pharmacist raised her voice and said I'm not talking to him on your phone. They told him to call them. He calls but they don't ever answer the phone. They just continue to help others while we just stand there even though we were there first. Doctor finally is able to leave a message. He was super frustrated at this point too. Poor cashier guy was scared to say a thing to the pharmacist and just wondered in circles. I would hate to work for her. Their signs of "Pharmacist who cares" is a lie! Go elsewhere

Nah, how you going to tell me at 2:11 PM that my prescription isn’t filled when I called it in at 8 frickin AM. This was an emergency refill bc during the moving process I lost my medicine. You had almost 8hrs to fill it, my old pharmacy would have gotten it done almost immediately within requesting a refill and then text me as I’m sitting in the line waiting to pick it up. DO BETTER

This is the poorest pharmacy. I have ever been to in my life. This is ridiculous for the government to even let them stay in business. And Etna insurance.
Should should not be allowed to force you to go to this junk place

I have dealt with some truly terrible CVS stores in my time, and when I saw the low rating for this store, I was worried. I was visiting from out of town and needed to transfer my prescription to be filled. When I called, someone picked up almost immediately—which never happens, even at the locations I frequent regularly. They told me it would be ready in 45 minutes and told me the cost up front. It was ready in probably half an hour. Pickup was a breeze.

I have had several incidents with Leah. I reported the latest incident to, The Kentucky Board of Pharmacy. She should not have access to my personal information. I believe she willfully denied me my prescription for my type 2 Diabetes.

Customer service in pharmacy is very rude. They get mad if you call them to have your medical mailed and that's part of the process

I love to shop CVS because they have great merchandise at reasonable prices. Don't always have prescriptions ready for pickup, when we are able to get to store to get them. Sometimes they are out of stock when we are able to go but most times they are ready.
