Horrible service, I hate the chat and chat bot. Wasted 3 hours of my life to get service restored, even went to the store where I was treated like I was an idiot. Just cancelled the service. Contracts with call centers that run your explanation through a translation to people that don’t speak English tell just how much they don’t care if you get help! Done..for me!

Lousy service they mess up your internet a screw their customers like we are prosecuting ourselves for this no good piss poor company when 5 g gets better I am leaving I have 2.4 and 5 g from Comcast and the bastardized company for no reason shuts my 5 g off no call and they had a data breach I look forward to joining that lawsuit and so should everyone they have allowed criminals to get your most vulnerable information

When we moved to Leitchfield we were told that xfinity was preferable to others available, so we went to sign up. When we did we were told that since service had recently been turned off at the address that I had to set everything up myself. I tried, but couldn't get it to work. When I called the support line the woman there told me that the problem was in the line outside the house so she was sending out a tech guy. She said that since the problem was outside the house I wouldn't be charged. The tech guy also said the lines were a mess and there was no way I could have done the set up myself. So I wouldn't be charged. When the bill came, there was 100.00 charge for the service call. When we called about it we were basically told too bad, pay or get cut off. We were lied to by two separate people and they refuse to honor their people's word.

Completed a tech service with Comcast in Elizabethtown, KY on June 2,2021. We were having a problem with one of our TV cable boxes. Made an appointment for the visit. The waiting times have changed to a three hour window. Ours was between 1-3pm. The tech, Nicholas Anderson arrived at 1:30. He diagnosed our problems and was able to fix all of the problems. He was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and why he needed to perform the various tasks. We were very happy with Comcast and with Mr. Anderson. For us Comcast provided great service.

Comcast/Xfinity is Terrible! If you have any other options in your area your much better off. It has been 57 days since the first time I contacted them to repair my internet as it was not working. After Multiple attempts over the phone and 2 technicians later it is still down! They told me they needed to get a replacement wire as that is the Problem. It has been 39 days Since I was told that and it still has not been replaced. Every time i call they give me the run around and tell me a date then no one ever shows up to do the work. this has happened TWICE now! Now i cant get them to give me any updates every time i call its we are looking into it. They don't respond to emails ever i have tried to communicate that way with over 15 emails with no response ever! They call times on getting on the phone always takes over 2 Hours! The Chat room is filled with low level techs that want to try things that have already been done 100's of times and they don't listen when you tell them that's not the problem. its like they keep 0 record of any previous communication or the current situation. I wouldn't even recommend these lazy people to my worst enemy!

Terrible service. Tv went out took 6 days for appointment. Took all equipment back amd they told me someone fixed it and we gave a 5 star rating. Was lied to 6 different times.terrible provider wouldn't suggest to my worst enemy

I received a call from Xfinity and I let a sales rep sell me on going from my existing internet only plan to an internet+tv plan for 5 dollars more... turns out there is a hidden $20 broadcast tax that goes with the 10 extra channels he sold me on. BTW 7 of those 10 channels are HSN and QVC network channels. The rep told me if I wasn't happy, I could go back to my old plan. I called to have my plan reversed and what do you know? They don't offer my plan from the month prior anymore, so now I'm stuck. The Xfinity sales team is full of G*D* scam artists. Zero integrity. Do yourself a favor and use another provider. I will be finding one as soon I finish this review.

Comcast is like an unfaithful spouse. Full of promises and forever unfaithful. Service in Tell City is horrible. When working, the internet speeds are blazing fast. Problem is the outages for my home have been like being married to a serial cheater. Not dependable and I have been a customer for TEN years. I think I am worse than Comcast because I have remained in a horrible relationship. I'm filing for divorce. Ha ha

Have had internet service for about 4 years or more. My router has gone bad and I have talked to them at least 8 times. They have cancelled two appointments without telling me, so I have waited at least 6 hours for someone to come to that house that wasn't going to show up. If I could get another service where I live I would, they are terrible and soon it will be two weeks that it hasn't worked. If they don't make the appointment they have scheduled I am done, I will go without!!!!
