I've had contact with two agents at this firm who both have done excellent work at different times on different issues for me. Threasa was excellent getting me started and Carrie did even better talking me down on a Sunday when I was convinced it was Monday and she just happened to answer the phone. As it happened, she helped me with some additional savings as well. A great team!

Horrible company!! They don't answer the phone or call back when you leave a message. I moved all 6 of my cars and my 3 homes from them. Customer service is a complete failure!! Buyer beware!!

The customer service for the Elizabethtownoffice is the worse. They would not call me back or even attempt to answer my question about my policy increase. (Granted I have zero claims on my home and auto policies but my premiums went up $151.78) I have been calling since November to have someone to return my phone call. I have since cancelled my service and went with another insurance company/agent in town that will actually listen and work with you.

After a overpayment on account was told I have to WAIT 3 MONTHS to get MY MONEY BACK!!This is Outrageous and not acceptable under no means.

This agency pulled all of my information without ever contacting me. The only way I found out was I received a letter in the mail. And they couldn't tell me how they aquired my information as I had not spoken to anyone to give them any information.

I had a really disappointing experience with this All State agency. At first, when I was researching quotes for home, auto and landlord policies, the service was great. The agent responded quickly, and everything was smooth. Unfortunately, once I actually switched over all my insurance policies to All State, it went downhill. Multiple errors were made on the mortgage numbers which resulted in several delays with our new mortgage being cleared to close. I wasted a lot of time having to chase down All State to get these errors fixed, I then also had to spend lots of time on the phone with my mortgage lender too to fix the mistakes. It was very stressful, and frustrating. After all of this I was assured by the agent that there would be no more errors moving forward and she personally assured me of this.However, I then found out from my mortgage company that the insurance policy we had been quoted had not been sufficient coverage, so it had had to been increased. The agent, nor anyone at this All State agency, never contacted me to inform me there was a +$100 increase in our policy. Instead, they went ahead and submitted it to our mortgage company to be paid out of escrow agent without my knowledge or permission! This additional money was withdrawn from our escrow account without any communication from All State whatsoever.I contacted the agency owner Chris to express my concern over the issues. He blew off everything I said and told me that all he could do at this point was to tell me to contact him directly next time with any changes so that no more errors were made. This doesn't instill any faith in me in his staff, nor did he apologize or take any ownership for the unsatisfactory experience we had after switching our insurance policies over to All State. He also tried to tell me that someone from his office had contacted me to inform me of the policy increase before submitting it to our escrow company for payment. When I corrected him that this was not true and no one had contacted me, he told me he really did not know all the facts of the situation. It is disappointing that the OWNER wouldn't take the time to learn all the facts in order to respond to a client's complaint properly. He brushed it off and acted very nonchalant about the entire situation. We will be moving our insurance needs elsewhere as I do not have trust in this agency or its management.

I have had 2 mishaps in the last 3 years, both in parking lots with others backing into my vehicle and causing damage to my van and their insurance tried to get out of taking care of my damages saying it was also my fault, when I was even parked. Had to turn it into my Allstate for them to confront their insurance and they did, and their insurance was found to be 100% at fault and had to pay up to fix my van. Allstate has always been good to me!
