“I've had the run around from 3 other companies in Etown (a mechanic and 2 body shops) trying to solve the mystery of rainwater flooding my floorboards. I went to AGP to have a water test done because I was previously told by another company that I had an issue with my windshield seal. SafeLite wouldn't even test it because it wasn't their windshield, they just wanted to do a full replacement. AGP ran a water test first thing and quickly discovered that the seal in fact was not the issue, the windshield was completely fine, but that the drains were clogged (and some blocked by a mechanic's previous attempts to block mice from accessing the blower motor). They efficiently unclogged the drains, and the water released immediately. I'm so glad I went here first instead of trusting the whim that the seal was bad. The fellas at AGP were very nice and thorough. I will definitely return here if I have issues in the future! The ladies up front were also very kind!”

“My dad chose this place to have private party body work done to my mom's car after she was involved in an accident. Ashley was the main contact person for the estimate. After dropping off my mom's car, there was a little delay in getting to her car (they honestly did look busy), so estimated completion time was pushed out, understandably. However, after getting it up on it frame rack, the technician noticed her frame was bent. A new estimate was given and the final cost to repair was much more than my father was willing to pay and much more than the car was worth. He told Ashley to stop all repairs immediately and he would come get it. In the meantime, my father battled pneumonia and communication stopped as he recovered. When he was finally feeling better, he asked me to call 2 days before Christmas to find out what it would take to get Mom's car home. I don't remember the name of the lady who answered the phone (so sorry), however, she was very kind and after explaining what I needed, she transferred me to Ashley. Ashley was extremely kind and considerate, even asking if my dad was OK. She told me we could come get my mom's car and was completely understanding of why it wasn't worth fixing at the cost required to get it fixed. We didn't get to do business beyond the estimate and I truly hope we never need to visit them again, respectfully. But, if my family ever needs body work in the future, we will absolutely return to Caliber Collision. Thank you for being so kind to us.”

“My only negative comment is I had to wait almost a week for the repair. However, I think thats more due to parts availability. The tech was wonderful and did a great job. It was done in a quicker time frame than expected, and I haven't had any functionality issues. Would absolutely recommend”
