Scam company , charged us 300 a month every month at the end then shut us off and threatened to use the cops as enforcers to make us pay , yet our bill is only 100 a month yet being forced to pay $600 to crooks that lied in court !

Good internet and fast install. Just a little disappointed how the basement was left after having service hooked up - a hole was cut in between the joists in the basement to run the line and insulation was thrown around and no efforts to clean up after themselves were taken. Now I have to go to Lowes and get stuff to fix it. See photos.

Very poor customer service. They are supposed to install today, but can’t give me any idea when they will come. I called and they were unable to even tell me any kind of a range except 8-5. I am not happy with the service.

Brandenburg telecom is the best! I was having some issues with service so I called for some help and someone was here within 30 minutes!! He was very helpful and nice! Thanks a lot!

I've been here since after desert storm. I've watched this rip off company run by Joe Tobin. Screw people like me and everybody else over for services they cannot live up to, but boast they possess. I'm mainly pissed off about my gigabit Internet service, which I rarely get over 225 meg down. When I question them they send out a tech who claims everything is fine and charges me $45 I've had for techs come to my house and claim everything is fine. The best they can do for me is a little over 500 down and close to 800 maybe 790 up. I had one individual tell me that the up speed is more important than the down speed.hmmmm, I really doubt that. Maybe if I was a video conference her and I wanted people to see me clearer than I see them then I guess I would tend to agree here's my thing. Yes, I have 37 things connected to my Wi-Fi spread over three travel routers that I use as extenders and access points. This runs my security system and I have those 37 things that are on there that they claim slowing my Internet down 75% of them are door and window sensors and the other seven cameras which are only on an armed when I am away, or when I arm my system for home, even then, they are barely using any data and for a gigabyte plan there should be no problem. Netflix is one of the things that you can take and watch with us 650 kB connection with a little bit of buffering. There is no way in hell that I should be buffering Netflix With a plan this immense. So this leads me to believe that either this ripoff company run by Joe Tobin, is feeding me a line of s*** or maybe they are selling somebody else some of my bandwidth. Oh by the way, it's fiber optic, and there should be no, slow and fast times the bad with should be mainly constant but lo and behold it is not. So somebody please tell me why we let criminals like Joe Tobin and the Brandenburg telephone company holds a monopoly on this part of Kentucky. They should release it to the real company who will actually let us have a plan, that will deliver the speeds and quality that they promise, but failed to do. I'm just so sick and tired of the bureaucracy and b******* of this Podunk piece of crap named Brandenburg Telephone Company. I'm sure that one of their people will read this and my speeds well for the recess. Well, hell, hell, I hope so, that way I'll have a leg to stand on and take their worthless asses to court. If you have the option to go anyway, other than Brandenburg telephone company, it would be in your best interest to do so. Man I can't wait to move the f*ck out of here.

Cable is always pixelating or freezing up...unplug and plug back in doesn't work....and it's not the TV since its on 3 different tvs....

Their customer service is good however their internet service is constantly going in and out. Not sure the value pays off. We average a service call every 90 days. Never get fixed

Very limited on mgbs we had 50by5 and it was good but now we're I'm at with spectrum I'm paying 87 bucks for 125 TV channels and unlimited streaming on 100 mgbs and a extra cable box! When I was paying 90 a month for BT only internet feels like a rip off lol

Brandenburg is our provider of phone and internet and we have had them for years at our business. Excellent and wouldn't want anyone else. Prices great and don't rise at every turn. Love them!

After trying Comcast, Windstream, and other internet companies over the years I've found Brandenburg Telecom's internet service to be faster, more reliable, and the value for money even better. Additionally when I've had to call or go into one of their offices the customer service is always outstanding. In an area where your high speed internet options can be somewhat limited Brandenburg Telecom is a great choice!
