There is only 1 young lady that is so super sweet, always smiling and has such a cheerful upbeat additude that works scanning ppl out I try to only go to her if possible!!! If every employee was as helpful and sweet as her this location would be absolutely amazing!!! She deserves employee of the year!!!
The new system they put in to make locating your items nice but there is still so much stuff that is lost! The employees tagging and putting out inventory have no consideration for people trying to get their items!! Most of The employees can't and DON'T HELP you and the ones that do are RUDE as HELL!!!! This location needs some MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS!!!!

I’m really unsure about this visit , in the past I’ve had no problems at all. This time I have five missing items. The young man clicked missing but never said anything else. I ask him about a refund and he said I had to go on another line after already waiting 20 minutes in the first line I waited in line was told they were closing. I’m unsure what to do or how to resolve the problem. Very disappointed in the way that they handled this.

Once again 2 items were not what I was shown to be bidding on. 3rd time this month. I hate to have to go through every box. But this shouldn't be happening!

Utter chaos. First (and last) time doing a pickup here. There are pallets in the rows so you can't get to items, even though the rows are clearly marked, there is no signage on how to read your pickup area... For example, row 14 14 .. well there is nothing that tells you that if there is another number, it is on a shelf that has the same row numbers. Unfortunately I found this out after looking through part of the piles of boxes on the floor. If your stuff is on the shelf then it is a lot easier. I gave 2 stars because most of the employees were very nice. Especially the young lady at the big door. I was in so much pain and stress when I left... Good deal or not, never going back to the Elizabethtown one nor the LaVagne tn location either. Same reasons but the LaVagne location is stressfully difficult to find if you are not from there like me.

Very disappointed in employees at the etown warehouse very rude didn’t find many auction items I won and no one helped me! Didn’t get refund and 3 items were in non working conditions

Typically have a great experience, but there have been a few occasions where item was not as described, and had to be considered a loss due to policy. Would still recommend, just be sure to preview items if possible.

I feel like yall could get a few more people for check out. I do like the shelves. There was a pallet jack left unattended with nothing on it in one of the aisles…empty and not in the locked position. Thats very dangerous. Yall could use some safety training.

I've actually seen a bit of improvement in this warehouse lately. They have added some shelving which makes it easier to find items but location numbering still needs improvement due to overlaps between items piled on the floor and items on the shelves.
Another improvement is the check-out employees here now are at least able to speak and understand the English language.
There is still music blaring from multiple boom boxes employees use around the warehouse. Why is this necessary? Real, professional big box stores don't allow employees blasting profanity-laced music all over the store. Why does bidfta allow it?

Easy to do buisness with this company. Simply register, verify and bid! Once you win the auction, simply go to the warehouse and find your items using the location information on the signs above your head. Once you've found the location, just match the item numbers and head to the checkout line! It took me a whole 3 minutes to enter the warehouse and leave with my item. The auctions state whether an item is in good condition, brand new, or as is. You do however need to pay attention to the item quantity as some auctions are for a number of the same items and you will pay the bid amount for each item. Overall I had a very easy and satisfactory transaction from start to finish!

The Etown warehouse is so well organized, and the workers are friendly and helpful. I had a great experience and will definitely be back.
