Great deals on brand name clothing, makeup like Estée Lauder and Clinique, some of the newest fragrances like Gucci, Armani, Versace. This store is a shopping gem. Love it. Five stars.

Like a mini Ross but way less useful clothing selection for adults/teens. It was clean and organized though. The staff passed me several times without acknowledging me even though the store is small.

It cost me $35 to return 4 items because i returned them 10 days past the 30 day return window. Store manager came to the register - he was very unkind, just quoted policy. On top of that I'm stuck with an in-store credit. No more Belk for me.

Great sales. Big selection. Helpful sales clerks. Can give Kohls great competition. They carry clothes for all age groups, rather than catering to only younger age groups like Kohls does. Wish they were available in more geographical areas, rather than just in the south.
