“OMG! These folks are so friendly and nice. My mother was treated rudely early in the day at German American Bank, so it was so refreshing to see some good customer service.We were barely through the door and greeted with a smile. My mother was asked to have a seat instead of standing while the employee walked away from her window. My mother is elderly and I was glad to see some kindness while assisting her. In fact, we interacted with two different employees and both were so polite to my mother.Kindness goes a long way in my book! Great job ladies!”

“What was a rude encounter yesterday turned into a moment of excellent customer service. I had run into some issues with a member of the team here yesterday, and left my feelings about it, but I believe in grace and second chances, especially when someone like Stephen Jones calls and is apologetic, kind, and as helpful as he can be. He thoughtfully explained the issue with my check and the technology in a way I could understand, as well as be able to grasp that the issue was out of their control, which is just life sometimes! I really appreciated the time he took out of his day to check in with me, and I was once again reminded that one bad encounter does not speak for the entirety of an organization.”

“When I pulled this page up to write this review I was honestly shocked it did not have 5 stars. This is the best bank, and financial institution I’ve been to in general. I’ve been with German American Bank for 5 years now and this is the best branch ever. Every single person that works in here is stellar, and they genuinely care about the people that bank here. It’s fast, friendly, and efficient. You can tell they all work well together and have a good work environment aswell. I will drive all the way from Louisville to come here if I need anything other than a simple transaction because it is that fantastic. If you’re thinking about switching to this branch or bank, please do yourself a favor and do so. Amazing.”

“Reat place that makes you feel safe and secure about your money. My son in law is slightly disables and cannot speak. But the staff always watches his gestures and doesn't treat him differently when being handed his note with instructions for his account. Great service”
