“I want to say, that they did an amazing job, on fixing my car!! It looks as new, as it was, when we bought the car from them at the end of January, I believe it was.. (someone hit it shortly after we bought it and caused $10,000 worth of damage so they fixed it) but I am absolutely pleased with how my car is looking and we actually have to send it back again for something else. Thank you all for helping us, even if it did take almost 3 months to get it back because of the long process ? I’m sure you guys were glad to be done with our car ??? thank you again!!”
“My dad chose this place to have private party body work done to my mom's car after she was involved in an accident. Ashley was the main contact person for the estimate. After dropping off my mom's car, there was a little delay in getting to her car (they honestly did look busy), so estimated completion time was pushed out, understandably. However, after getting it up on it frame rack, the technician noticed her frame was bent. A new estimate was given and the final cost to repair was much more than my father was willing to pay and much more than the car was worth. He told Ashley to stop all repairs immediately and he would come get it. In the meantime, my father battled pneumonia and communication stopped as he recovered. When he was finally feeling better, he asked me to call 2 days before Christmas to find out what it would take to get Mom's car home. I don't remember the name of the lady who answered the phone (so sorry), however, she was very kind and after explaining what I needed, she transferred me to Ashley. Ashley was extremely kind and considerate, even asking if my dad was OK. She told me we could come get my mom's car and was completely understanding of why it wasn't worth fixing at the cost required to get it fixed. We didn't get to do business beyond the estimate and I truly hope we never need to visit them again, respectfully. But, if my family ever needs body work in the future, we will absolutely return to Caliber Collision. Thank you for being so kind to us.”

Pro Finish is a bit hidden away back off Battle Training Road, but once you find it, the facility opens up to gravel parking at the back of the building where the entrance is located. It is well marked with business signs.
There is a wide variety of automotive paint supply available as well as other vehicle cleaning and polishing. The paint is customized to the vehicle's color specifications.
There was a male worker when we first arrived and he was helping one other customer, but did acknowledge us and let us know he would be with us soon. It was fascinating watching him mix the various colors to the specifications needed.
Once the other customer left, and as soon as he started helping us, Linda arrived and took over with helping us. Linda was very pleasant and very helpful with all of our needs. She answered all questions and chatted with us.
Totally recommend. Check them out if you have not.”

“They are very knowledgeable about domestic cars and the parts that they use, but when it comes to Imports you're better off going to AutoZone. They have a full service machine shop in another town and the shop called me to tell me that I had to pay for the work performed before it can leave the shop. So in turn I had to call Fishers and had to ask them to bring it back to the store in my town so i could pay for it and pick it up.”
