Believe literally nothing that you hear from the retail agents in the store. They are not clear on the billing guidelines for business accounts. We’ve been with AT&T for about 5 months and every single month there has been an issue. The bills are hundreds of dollars more than quoted, discounts they quoted are not applied then find out later from the call center that they don’t even exist, information about insurance claims has been wrong, etc. Do not trust your business phone plan to this company.

I live in a rural area that doesn't have very good cell coverage. I decided to see if AT&T had better coverage than Verizon. I went into the store on March 2023 to buy a new phone. They also asked me about my internet and I told them I have satellite internet because of the area I live in, I can only get satellite internet. They said I could get an AT&T hotspot that runs on the cell towers and it would be cheaper that satellite. I took both items home and the phone and hotspot would not work at my home. I had to drive almost 1 hour back to the business to tell them, they tried updating the phone and told me if I upgrade the hotspot to a business account which was more expensive, that I should have better reception. The phone still didn't work and the hotspot wouldn't work. I took both items back for a refund and told them to cancel my account. They were very pushy and wanted to do everything to get that sell and didn't care whether or not the phone or hotspot would work in my area. Update: It is 1-4-24 and I have found out that even though I returned all the items for a refund and had them cancel the account. They didn't cancel the account and continued to charge my credit card for the hotspot internet service for 9 months starting in May 2023. Contacted AT&T customer service and talked to 10 different people in two days and they still didn't fix the problem. They would tell your things they couldn't do, send you to different departments and keep you on hold for hours at a time all the while saying they were looking for an open agent that could help me. I will call AT&T corporate in Dallas, TX on 1-5-24 and tell them about my situation and they have one more chance to fix this problem or else I will file a suit in small claims court to recover that amount I am owed which comes to $647.00. I recommend that no one goes to AT&T for anything. Dealing with customer service is a disaster every time. I think they intentionally do this by sending you to different departments and keeping you on hold for long periods of time to make people get frustrated enough that they just take what they have lost so they don't have to deal with AT&T again.

My elderly father came in to upgrade his iPhone. Chris totally took advantage of him. My parents have an old plan with unlimited data grandfathered in. Chris changed the plan without my father’s consent, added another line (again without Dad’s knowledge). All so he could earn more commission.

Including a watch caught me off guard, but now I only need Pixel Buds Pro to complete the set! I don't like how data slow down, though. Certainly an upgrade compared to Consumer Cellular!

Everything was great! Mazlynne K. was our rep and she was phenomenal. Listened to our issue and took great care in fixing our issue and even sold us 2 new phones and upgraded our plan for our Chevrolet dealership. Totally professional and a great asset to your store. Thank you Mazlynne for all you help. Great job!

Poor customer service is a thing for Att. This branch and the manager are overachievers.They charged me a restocking fee after their employee opened the box for a new watch. It was the color we’d agreed on and it was ok. Just change it out. They even had the right one on display. But no “- it’s gonna cost you $55 restocking fee”.Above all it was the FU attitude. We screwed up and it’s on you.

My phone suddenly started deleting access to various services. After calling the pro-tech line and spending several hours with no results, I made an appointment at the store. Louis figured out the problem, and corrected it in less than half an hour.Louis, I'd give you 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much.

AT&T was charging me over $100 more for the exact same plan I have now switched to at Verizon. I want to transfer my number as I’ve had it for over a decade and don’t want to change it. They have made it as difficult as possible for me to do this, there has been no help in figuring it out. When I went into the store to get help the employee wouldn’t even look at me after telling him I was switching providers. He then tried to negotiate the price down a little bit to keep me as a customer (why not offer me the lower price in the beginning?). I can’t get customer support on the phone and they have 0 help on their website for anyone transferring a number out.TLDR: if you no longer want to pay their exorbitant prices, they couldn’t care less about you and will do anything they can to inconvenience you. Horrible customer service and experience

Went in today to start an account for my son and Mazlynne greeted is right away. She was great-- was in and out, great personality, my son was especially impressed! Lol! 5 star day today at AT&T.
