Ace is the place!!! “KUDOs to the staff at ACE Hardware Store.
I needed a ceiling medallion cut in half. As a DIY always helping a neighbor, I know I can always find everything there.
Roger referred me to Ron. What a talented team they have at this store, always willing to offer a helping hand. The staff are always very professional. Oh, my and find so many other things to purchase.

Prices are a little higher than big box stores but, the little extra is worth not deal with all the B.S. that comes with other spots. Also this the only place to find specialty hardware that I have found in elizabethtown.

Wow! I just went to L*wes and H*me D*pot to have my leaf blower and chainsaws serviced and repaired (The crux of my business) the people at the competitors were super ignorant and couldn't help. Ace in E-Town seemed super busy but the manager Jeff went above and beyond to get me fixed up FAST and out the door Lickety split, now my equipment is running like new and I'm not gonna lose my biggest client this year. The kids are definitely gonna have an awesome Halloween! Thank You ACE! & Thank YOU Mr. Hardin. FIVE STARS!!!!! YEAH BABY!!!!

Worst service ever!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET KEYS MADE HERE!! Employees are not trained for an equipment and doesn't have communication skills to do the service!!! They give you the run around! We've bought the fob key and was told it takes a few days to come in which cost $264 and that was it. Then when it came in they told us they needed the vehicle to program it which they didn't tell us when we bought the fob. So I got it towed there. So we get there ready for them to program the key to the vehicle they told us they didn't know how to program the key. So I wasted money to get it towed and my time! If you need your key made call Anvil Locksmith cause he got it done right and it was less in the price and time for him to program the key. THANK YOU ANVIL LOCKSMITH FOR MY KEY!! HR please train your employees with the new equipment b4 servicing here in Elizabethtown KY
