My kids have been going here almost a year we are a daycare family since both kids turned old enough to go we have been through 4 prior daycares before we found this one and i love this daycare staff is friendly and great with the kids they keep classroom time structured and with the help of the new director she makes sure everything is running smoothly she makes sure if your kids have behavioral troubles she takes her time to try to help accommodate to hopefully resolve the issue I have a kid with allergies and they make sure to feed her a special diet where other daycares turned us down due to her allergies they keep the daycare sanitized and clean you don’t smell dirty diapers when you walk in which is a big thing in daycares I’d definitely recommend this daycare to anyone

If you need reliable childcare this is most definitely not the place to enroll your kids. Texts almost every single day saying, we are at capacity and cannot accept anymore kids. Director was trying to charge me when the amount of days missed exceeded the states 5 day minimum sick days as if I had to pay when they were denying kids care. I just wanted some reliable care for the kids, some stability. Instead, I had to pull the kids from a place they were used too and disrupt their relationships they formed. Frankly, I don't need nor appreciate the stress!!

I wouldnt trust them. There is definitely a lot of favoritism. A lot of the staff want to act like they are in charge, and the director doesn’t handle issues well. For some reason their cameras never work LOL or they can’t get to the footage if you ask to see it. A lot of shady stuff going on there.

Why would you take applications, except the children for full time placement, and then never have a spot for them and turn them away when you arrive there because "they are at capacity"! This is crazy.......they are state funded and are just stealing the states money.....ridiculous!!!! Can anyone say FRAUD!!! I think so!!! ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!!!!

Leaves kids in walkers for a long time, has a child there that constantly hits, bites and throws toys at other children The. Child Has also injured staff, claims that the 4 year old child has autism, when in fact he doesn't show signs of being autistic. This is by far the worse place to work for and take your children too. They don't have lesson plans, there's no structure, There's hardly any toys for the children to play with, they also put children in rooms with a huge age gap. I do not recommend it.

Been with this daycare since 2018 and don’t have plans to move anytime soon. My girls love it here and are always in good hands.

Jerrica Buchanan is one of the best childcare provider I've seen in such a long time. My child just loves her! She teaches her so much, I couldn't ask for anyone better. My child is going to thrive in school because of this woman! I am so proud to say my child attends this facility and I recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Academy of Learning is a great daycare. The director, Ms. Paula is on top of things. You can ALWAYS get ahold of some one when you need to, there is always someone there left in charge supervising, and they are open until 8! The staff are like family and genuinely love the children. I saw a negative post about Ms. Jerrica. I have to say my kids love Jerrica. They are always wanting her to go home with us, lol. I guess whoever posted that must have a personal beef with her outside of work because as far as a childcare teacher, she is one of the best!

I was looking forward to setting up a tour for my children to attend, as we just moved here from Michigan.Whomever answered the phone was the rudest person I have encountered since moving here. If this are the people that are looking after or in charge of looking after my children I sure want NO part of that.If you cannot talk to parents or potential parents with kindness and like you at least somewhat enjoy your job with children, you sure don't deserve to look after children.Bad day or not, you are taking care of children (other people's for that matter).A rude "mmmm hmmmmm" is a common response?

my daughter loves jerrica. as soon as we pull up to the daycare she starts asking if she is at work. there is 2 other workers my children live at this daycare also.
