They won’t pay for accidents that they insure. Their insurance rep WONT call you back. It’s been 2 months! Stay away from this place!

Hit my credit for insurance quote I don't ask for. Then they blame the system. Somebody had to push the key to do it. Will not renew again there full of it.

Never had a bad experience with Triple A until tonight. I got a flat tire on the I65 and was stranded for three hours. They kept promising to send somebody to me during that but failing to keep that promise repeatedly!!!! Fortunately there was a couple that was nice enough to pull over and help me change my tire. I’m very disappointed in Triple A and will probably look for a different road side assistance service

I know here was covid, but be very very wary of this place, they do a poor job of protecting clients from high prices, we were never told our canceled covid trip for two years was changed to a small group tour which costs much more. Never going to book through this place again

My brother got stranded on I-65 between Radcliffe in E-Town he called AAA Al of three times I called a total of five times and our mom and dad both called several times apiece AAA never sent the wrecker at all until 9 at nightTo our home i absolutely am devestated that this occured during the moat dangerous part of the year please fiind a more reliable company to go with
