Spectrum services are expensive but Robb in the Edgewood Ky office and Ashley S in customer service for internet tech support were very helpful recently. Overall a very good experience getting a new modem and hooking everything up.

Was looking to switch and received the equipment in mail to set up myself. Started to do it then never got around to do it. Called to see where I could drop of equipment and the sales rep said he would come to my home and pick up. Left the box in a bag on porch and waited for pickup. After 3 days the guy I was texting said I never told him it was outside ready for pickup. Sent him a screenshot of the message I sent.. he then picked up the day I called and complained. I had everything still in boxes and clear wrapping it was shipped to me in and I put the box in a plastic bag so rain wouldn't damage Box. That was two days ago I went and took out my garbage and he took everything out the boxes and threw the boxes in my trash can???!!! Why would you do that? To make it look like I just through it in a bag ?! Pathetic service. Thank God I didn't switch. Told them I would pay for the equipment rental but wasn't paying for the internet I never hooked up and used. Highly doubt that will happen. Avoid them at all cost in my opinion

The service was O.K. for a while but was quite expensive at 79.99 for internet. Then went to 84.99 Last year to year and one half. Service would go out at least once a week. Not for long but always at the wrong time. I sold my home and canceled service. Lady I spoke to was very friendly and put my account on 9 month suspension. Keep equipment for 9 months. If you decide not to go back to them then turn equipment in. Had service turned off on 23 Aug 2023. Called on aug.21 to do this. Paid final bill of 59.99 on Sept.3. My bill had been lowered 5 months earlier because of not needing internet or the high speed. Sent me the upgraded equipment. So I paid for 30 days of service and only used 4 or 5 days. They will tell you they do not prorate bills. Talked to supervisor and she was not nice and would not budge and said it is their written policy somewhere, where I could not find it. Also had a 5$ rate increase in last bill but I was NOT notified. I was put on paperless billing for lower bill but they claim the rate hike notice was sent electronically. Checked emails for previous 4 months and NOTHING! So they are expensive and charge you for services not rendered. I would strongly suggest to stay away from Spectrum for any business, mobile, internet, TV ect. Your mobile providers can give you internet and wi-fi for much lower and have just one bill for both. To me Spectrum is a criminal industry! Taking money for services not rendered! Class Action lawsuit would be appropriate. Any lawyers want to take this up? Have plenty of suitors just by looking at the reviews. Will never go with Spectrum again, EVER! I do know that TV service is very unreliable. Have stayed with a family member and close friend who both had basic package and it went out 3 of 3 nites I was at both homes. BEWARE!

Looked on line where to return equipment. Clearly it says at Spectrum store or UPS. Went to this location and they do not take returns. What a waste. Precisely the reason I was returning equipment in the first place. Saved $50 a month switching my internet service.

This store is useless!!! No customer service,no return equipment,only sales.Of course they have sales at nearly 250 dollars monthly for basic(select) cable, no movie channels,etc.

Wish there was an option for zero stars...Tried to return equipment today as I was told to do when I canceled my TV service with the 800 number, was told at the spectrum store that I can't return equipment at a spectrum location...you can exchange but not return. Thanks spectrum for wasting more of my time this week.

Tried returning equipment, Store doesn’t take returned spectrum equipment, they couldn’t tell me why, just UPS store handles returns.

I tried to cancel my cable. I was on the phone for 25 minutes with 2 reps that would not let me cancel. I will never use Spectrum again.

If you are considering on joining Spectrum TV services I strongly suggest you do your background homework on Spectrum to make sure it will be a perfect fit for your family poor customer service very extremely poor service inside their store locations always an issue with internet and TV service they're billing hikes go up all the time you're never informed I am a spectrum customer who lives on a month-to-month budget due to my health concerns and they always call and harass me well before my billing date and bill is due I have expressed my concerns with Spectrum management to the highest level and they have ignored me I think it is time for the federal government to step in and put their foots down on Spectrum TV service very poor I would highly recommend running away from Spectrum as soon as you can

Service is great and they will make sure you get taken care of. I had trouble with some things and the blonde guy working there helped me to take the next step to get everything fixed. If you are in need of something this store is great and they will help you to do what you need. I highly recommend going here!

I don’t usually have a reason to go into the store because of how convenient Spectrum online is, but any time I need to I get greeted as soon as I walk in and I don’t mind the brief wait because of the customer service James gives! I always leave feeling less stressed so thank you James and thank you Spectrum for being so great all these years!

Traded out equipment, no issues. I’ve experienced poor customer service and rudeness before and expected the same based on the reviews, but didn’t happen here. They were friendly, professional and informative. Excellent service, thank you.

Tried to return equipment to the store and they acted like I ruined their day and said it needs to be returned by ups. On the website it says you can return to the store but apparently since ups is the “#1 option” they wouldn’t take it. I was already there, but they insisted I make another trip and go to ups and got attitude about it. I received the same rude treatment when I cancelled my service over the phone. Customer service is trash and they charge 20$ just to have DVR. I wish we had xfinity/comcast in this area bc they are amazing and DVR And other features are included in basic cable package. I will never have spectrum again

One star because zero stars is not an option. The employees there are lazy and not helpful. Wouldn't allow me to return my equipment even though their website and the package my equipment came in, said you could return it to this location. Super lazy! Stay far away from this company!!!!
