First of all, I am the pickiest person when it comes to my hair. BUT, Me and my mom have been going to Sadie at salon serenity for a couple years now. I absolutely love my hair EVERYTIME I walk out the door. I am so impressed with her attention to detail. She always knows exactly what I want even when I don't know what I want. She has always been understanding and been able to get me hair back to looking fresh, bright, and healthy. When quarantine was in session I BLACK box dyed my hair (yeah, I know). then continued to bleach it with developer and baking soda...(as if you thought it couldn't get worse). Sadie truly saved my hair!!! I don't know exactly what she does but, let me tell you the girl is talented! She is so sweet, friendly, and I enjoy my time at the salon. 10/10.

I am giving the salon 4 stars, but I would definitely give my stylist, Virginia, 5 stars. The salon seems okay, but I was not impressed with the desk clerk or the people I spoke to on the phone. I booked my appointment with Virginia online. Virginia was very professional, responded to my appointment and questions immediately, and was punctual. She works in her own little room inside the salon, which is nice if you don't like getting worked on in a crowded salon in front of other people. I am relatively new to northern Kentucky, and needed to find a local stylist. After trying out a few different price-y salons and getting just meh haircuts, I finally found Virginia at Salon Serenity. I am not a person who knows much about doing my hair and makeup, and I put almost zero effort into "doing" my hair other than washing and letting air dry, so I really needed a stylist who could give me an attractive style, that didn't require much maintenance. I was really happy with how Virginia cut my wavy, long hair. She seemed to know how to enhance the curls and give my hair body. I also liked that Virginia was friendly and engaged in conversation, yet didn't constantly chit-chat with silly small talk or try to sell me a bunch of expensive products. She got the job done, my hair looked great, and I was happy with the price. She knows what she is doing and knows how to make hair look great. I went back to Virginia once the salon reopened post-covid and was very pleased. Virginia has her own room, so she was able to work on me away from everyone else. I was impressed with the lengths she went to in order to keep everything cleaned and sanitized. She wore a mask and she constantly cleaned as she went....countertops, tools, sink, etc. I had been a little unsure about returning to a salon again while covid is still an issue in the community, but I wouldn't hesitate to go to Virginia again. She was very conscientious and went above and beyond to keep everything as clean as possible to keep her clients safe.

I love this place local only I would 15 minutes from my house the people are very friendly they do amazing I love it there. And yes my picture is what one of the hair stylist did it was Beautiful and awesome well that's all for now bye bye.

I have been going here for years to the magnificent funny talented Sadie Teegarden. She is so inspiring and knows her stuff. I am so lucky to have met this lady and I feel beautiful after I leave my appointment

This is a great local place that has decent availability and fair prices. I highly recommend Mandy for any pedicure or manicure needs. If you are looking for a personable and more local salon this is your place. Sometimes they can be a little slow but personally I don't mind that. For any ladies out there in search of great cut and color I would really recommend Ken.
