The employees of this location do not follow 5/3 policies and admittedly make up policies based on personal opinions (bias). This branch has refused to take deposits and withdraw avaliable cash from my accounts. I run my own business as a sole priopertiership and get paid from different clients and companies via check. The employees have assumed I am trying to commit fraud instead of earn an honest living. I will be taking my banking to a bank that understands small businesses.

We are a preferred customer have quite a bit of funds guite a bit, our credit card was compromised went to this branch to straighten it out our preferred employee that works with us was great and told us we have new credit cards coming that was over a WEEK ago why is it taking so longwhere are these coming from this is sooo wrong,we are missing out on points,why is it taking so long,I'm so mad.

Wanted to know what interest I could earn with a big deposit. Guy literally said well let's deposit it and then we can talk about it. Come to find 5/3rd you earn .01% interest. Really??!! Oh and the held the check for 2 weeks.

I have been with 5/3 for about 6 years I guess. I won't say it has been a breeze but I ultimately got over whatever situation it may have been. I am still with them & when things happen I have to ask myself why I am still with them. The most obvious answer is familiarity & convenience of locations. Plus the hassle of switching is something I dread. HOWEVER..... I came to do a review today not to bash the bank, but to say how absolutely WONDERFUL Autumn is at the Edgewood KY location. So helpful & patient & never rude or bothered. I genuinely appreciate that. So thank you for that.

This bank has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. You get transferred around and then end up with no help after a long wait. I would not recommend using this back for anything.

Avoid this bank. Some employees are promising same day loans to persons impacted by the COVID19 pandemic in return for opening a bank account. After the account is open they rescind the offer. Investigation pending.

Way too many fees. Not the friendliest bank when I needed assistance with my account while out of state on vacation.
