I decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi before vacation. I’ve been to this place many times but this experience was awful and doubt I will return because of it. The lady that did my pedicure rushed through it and was done in less than 15 minutes, including polishing my toes. She spent MAYBE 5 minutes on my pedicure before painting my toes. I almost asked to not be charged for a full pedicure bc I didn’t get the full experience. She rushed through my mani too and I had to ask for lotion at the end. (I also got dip and two nails cracked within a week!) She was incredibly rude to me the whole time and smacked my hands/feet when I couldn’t anticipate where she wanted me to place them, then rolled her eyes at me in the process. This was supposed to be a relaxing treat to myself but I would have rather not have wasted the money if I knew this was the experience I would get. I will not be returning to this place after this experience.

I had nails done for the first time at this salon today. It was a great experience. They were all so kind and their work was perfect. Jenny was amazing. She was incredibly busy, but still took the time to greet everyone...and she greets them by name...so it was obvious they have a large number of returning clients. I will definitely be back soon!

Was shared by 2 nail techs. The first had the drill and lost control and it cut my finger. The second made one of my nails crooked. When I pointed it out, she told me that my nail was crooked, that's why the nail was crooked. I even tried to get her to let me file the nail myself so it wasnt crooked and she fought me about using the nail file. I will not go here again. ?

Jenny was amazing! Her salon was clean and welcoming. She took great pride in her work and her customers. I felt like I already knew her as soon as I met her. She speaks to everyone who enters and knows everyone’s names.

The woman who did my pedicure was very unfriendly. She didn't talk to me the entire time. She rushed through the pedicure and when I moved my toes because it tickled, she acted very annoyed. My toes look okay, but I expected that more time would be spent on me. The price was average, but her attitude was terrible. I will not be back. Also, the place needs a good cleaning and I'm not so sure they use clean tools!Service: Pedicure

I would recommend going to another nail salon. The customer service is not that great. The woman that did my nails the last couple of times was very rough when buffing my nails and kept telling me to relax. Then she nicked my skin with her grinding tool and didn't even apologize. There was no attempt at conversation. I found another place that is amazing and cares about their customers. I won't be back to this place.

I absolutely love coming here to get my nails done! Everyone here is so kind, efficient, and always provides an amazing experience. Prices are great as well. My favorite place to get pampered and treat myself to a mani pedi.

What can I say that hasn't been said before? For starters, they are the sweetest and most thoughtful group of talented ladies! They constantly check on you during the process to make sure you like what they're doing, they don't try to upsell and make things awkward for you, and they do an amazing job every single time!!

Back in July, my friend came in from out of town and we came here to get a simple manicure. One of her fingers got infected.How did it happen; not quiet sure. The young girl poked her finger really bad and she did not even apologies. Said she gave My guess is that the tools which are being used are not sanitized and we are the victims of dirty flitty tools.Today, her nail is still bad and she is being treated by a DERMATOLOGY a dermatologist (nail fungi) experience and she has been told that it will completely fall off and may never be the same again.Honestly, this place needs an inspection and closed down until it has been cleaned thoroughly.
