They raised the rate by 50% just 3 months after we signed up for the storage unit. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy at all. Poor business practice.

I've used this storage facility for a couple of years now and never had any issue until the last 4 months. There's issue's with the gate staying open & not closing right along with the door not locking so anyone can gain access into the building & this has happened on more than one occasion. Now i went down to get my halloween stuff out & there are roaches crawling in the hallway & out of one of the storage units across from me so guess what my unit along with probably everyone else's is infested & i mean infested with roaches & now i can't get anything out for the chance of carrying them to my home. I'm not happy at all anymore at this facility. Its not as well kept & safe as it use to be.

Go Store It Edgewood Ky is always SUPER clean. The hours work SO great with my personal schedule! The location is easily accessible and very well lighted. I always feel secure when on-site. In the office Krista is TOP notch in her mannerisms and professionalism. I'm GLAD I store here. I never have to worry about theft or damages to my property.
