I drive a semi and our options for a quick stop are limited so thanks 5 star for letting me and my fellow drivers have a place to stop eat and get coffee on the go. The ones I use weekly are Eddyville, Owensboro, Mayfield, and Benton. A few years ago I was coming home empty in a blinding snow storm and I made Benton's store on 641 I went in ask for permission to sit it out until day light they said stay as long as you need to I never stop at any other store now. When it came to safety the 20 min parking sign went right out the window thank you for that. Every day I bring the grands cookies and brownies home from 5 star. By far the best sweets out there. God Bless you guys keep up the great work.

They have a great section for $1 snacks. Sleets clean and always friendly with clean bathrooms. Gas price is better than the other gas station in town, Max’s by 10 cents.

I go in there several times a week -- get gas and lottery. This is first time I've had a decent winner, $100. I took my ticket in to use it to get gas and was told that they would not cash it! I was told I could go to Food Giant because they, 5 Star, don't cash over $50. Won't buy more there. I'll take my lottery and gas business elsewhere!

This is by far my favorite Five Star. It’s always the cleanest and most of the employees are wonderful. However, every once in a while you get an employee that YOU have to address and ask them how they are, but no problem, I will do so with a smile. It’s a little irritating when their response to how are you doing is a sullen, “I’m here”, as if the customers are a thorn in their side. Stop it! I don’t care if you want to be there, most of us don’t want to be at our jobs, we’d rather be at home with our families, but our jobs pay the bills. What we want is not our customers problem, customers are there to spend money, engage in a little small talk while they’re paying for their items and most will even share a smile with you. Learn to small talk, or smile, or at least how to keep the fact you hate your job to yourself. We accept fake smiles ?

I left a message for the manager today, 5-3-23, about the egg and tuna sandwiches have been stail bread. On 5-1-23, we bought over $40 of egg and tuna sandwiches. They were so gross and stail we threw them all out. The only reason we bought them today was because we have never had stail sandwiches. Today they were EXTREMELY STAIL. I will put a follow up IF a manager calls me. 270-206-8701 Thank you.

Employee named Peggy was very rude to her fellow employees and me. I asked if they a few items and the other employee who was very friendly and courteous. she went to Peggy and ask her if they had any super glue and she refused to speak to us it was very rude and they have lost my business. Around 9:00 p.m. on October 8th
