I had already cleaned my area rug with 2 different carpet shampoos which did nothing to remove urine smell. Online search said Lowes carried this item. I ran n Lowes and they had it in stock! Took it home... cleaned my area rug AGAIN! It WORKED!!!! THANK YOU LOWES for carrying products that work!!”
