I was referred here by my insurance. It has been the worst experience. I had my medication sent in, they didn't have the specific MG in stock. I waited a week and called back, they were still out I was advised by them to have my doctor re do the prescription because they didnt have any issues getting the lower mg. My doctor resent it, i called back and the pharmacist said she wouldn't fill it because I was new. The staff there was extremely nice but the pharmacist was absolutely horrible. Please keep looking if you're trying to find a pharmacy.

I was truly shocked by the way I was treated here. The older short haired blonde headed women was so rude to me. A dr had called me in a prescription I went in to pick it up. There was no greeting or anything when i came in. She said she would fill it "this time" but after that I needed to find somewhere else to go. I said so i cant get it filled here after today, she said NO. She said we are not excepting new prescriptions. REALLY!! Isnt that what your business is. She had an attitude. I couldn't believe it. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If I could've given them 0 stars I would.

Love the ladies here. Everyone is kind and helpful. Have been coming here for years, and even when I switched to Thompson Downtown, the service here is beyond compare. Thompson Downtown lost all of my Rx’s and when I went back to Thompson EB they recovered everything for me. Great service and very good and friendly people. Will fill all of my Rx’s here!

This is where I get all of my pregnancy medicines. There is one worker there who knows me really well and gets my medicine in a hurry. She's really helpful with any OTC medicine safe for my pregnancy. On the bad side, there are some workers there who give me dirty looks when I have to refill my RX prenatal vitamins monthly. Talk about hospitality? I don't think so in this case.
