Avoid this post office, just go to williamstown instead. Dude at the front counter is an awful jerk who had no business acting the way he does. Looks like other reviewers have had their own incidents with him. Buddy, if you see this, get some therapy.

where i used to live my mail lady was awesome, she would bring items to my door if there was a package that was too big for the mailbox- where i live now she drops the stuff on the ground rain or shine- so many books and other items have been ruined and not cheap books may i say have had to be replaced

They never ever answer the phone, been calling since Saturday and started calling again this morning. It’s truly crazy because every time I walk in there, there’s people there. But you can’t answer the phone to avoid the trip up there. Pathetic.

ANOTHER EDIT: I went to pick up a package today and this time they "delivered" it... To the WRONG address. They said they'd get it back and redeliver it but I haven't heard a peep from them.EDIT: So today I went to get another package they didn't deliver and instead of just telling me why they don't deliver to us the guy raised his voice and threw my ID back at me. Avoid this place if at all possible.Original: Always fakes deliveries and holds them at post office saying they attempted delivery when they didn't, I don't have time to ever go there it's extremely inconvenient.

The service sucks, workers come up with lame excuses so they don't have to deliver or redeliver mail. It takes too long to get a package delivered if it happens to get delivered. Too many of my personal packages were lost or labelled as delivered and not delivered. It is a waste of time and money and completely unreliable
