This store is a life saver. I had a giant nail in my tire right before I was leaving for vacation on a Friday evening. This store was able to get me in immediately and install a new tire. Saved my vacation. Thanks guys! Very nice people at the store as well.

Had an issue with a tire while visiting in Dry Ridge,KY and Tire Discounters could not have been more accommodating. Staff was professional and friendly (sometimes a rare combination) My experience was definitely a 10+ and if I lived in or near Dry Ridge they would be my “go to” tires and service.

Nice guys took longer than expected but you can’t help being busy.. My complaint is a couple weeks after getting all 4 brand new tires put on I was driving down interstate pouring rain and heard a loud noise come to find out my front driver side lugnuts where all the way loose literally came off with a couple spins by hand… went and tightened the rest as they where all a little loose but not as bad as driver front… Also my tpms has been coming on and off ever since getting tires put on don’t know if this is a coincidence or something that they caused… overall good customer service mistakes happen but if my wheel came off in the pouring rain on the interstate it could’ve killed me and the others on the road!

Stopped in to get an oil change in my car. Tony, Doug and Preston were very helpful. Doug done a great job with the oil change and Preston noticed that i had a low tire and offered to check it and for a leak and put air it.

Had a great experience today at Tire Discounters in Dry Ridge, KY! They gave me a great deal on tires and were very quick! They also squeezed me in last minute on a holiday weekend! They were very nice as well!

Awesome staff. Counter guy was great. Got new brakes on my mom's truck and it wasn't too long of a wait. We d8dnt make a appointment , but got it done right away.

We picked up a bolt on a road trip. Tire was losing pressure so we stopped at Tire Discounters. They repaired the tire and rebalanced it. Had us back on the road in no time! Excellent service!

We had flat tire/blowout on the interstate yesterday in the 90-degree heat. We called Tire Discounters and asked if they had that size tire in stock and how soon they would be able to put the new tire on our rim. They said they would do right when we got there. As soon as we arrived with the flat, they met us in the parking lot and immediately worked on it. We were back on the interstate within 15 minutes. This was the best experience ever! We truly appreciated their great customer service!
