I'm on the auto-fill program so I never have to worry about running out of fuel. The summer fills and winter pre-buys save us a lot on our propane cost. Website is very user friendly.

This place is ridiculous to deal with...called for gas 2 weeks ago...still nothing but every day they say they will deliver...still nothing and left us run out...will be looking for another gas company asap

My husband called when our tank was at 20% just like recommended, he was told they would add us to the delivery list. That was over two weeks ago and now we are going into our second night without heat. Our house is down to 50 degrees with 3 young children. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced!!!! Cannot believe that after my husband has called MULTIPLE times we still don’t have any propane or even an idea of when some will be delivered. There has been no form of communication from them. Highly disappointed and would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

They don’t care if you are out of propane. I hate to leave a bad review but when your house is 52° for over a week, it’s hard not to be upset. I’ve called several times and they don’t even have me on the delivery list. I called a different company and they scheduled a delivery for the end of the week. Also will be saving over $400 for the new company.

I hate that i even have to give 1 star, i wish we could give zero! This company is never open! Does anyone actually work at this company? I have been trying to call for 3 weeks now for propane. They answered the phone once just to create me an account and said someone would call me back and that was 3 weeks ago. The tank is with this company or i would of went went another company by now. please reach back out to the people on your voicemail!

Does anyone actually work at this company? I have been trying to call for 2 weeks for propane. No one ever answers the phone. I have even sent multiple contact forms through the website, still no reply. I have ordered from them before and was happy then. That is why I am trying again. Just please contact me.

After dealing with other propane companies in the area I can’t recommend this company enough! We would give them 10 stars if we could. Krystal is great to deal with and Jordan is awesome. When no other drivers would bring us propane during this horrible weather, THEY DID! They have been cheaper, nicer customer service and appreciate your business!!! Try them and you won’t regret it....we 100% happy!

This is the best thing in propane gas that has happened to our community in years. I bought my own refurbished 250 gallon tank from them at the lowest price anywhere and have been getting the best price on gas around. Thank you Superflame!

Stopped by to get propane tanks filled for our gas fireplace. Service was very quick and price beat any others. About half or more the price we've been used to paying.

Poor customer service! My father called 3 weeks ago to get tank filled and they still have not shown up after numerous calls! He now has probably one day left before he runs completely out of gas. Way to go Superflame - leave the elderly without heat during the winter storms! I will be contacting the attorney general.

Not 1 star but have to give at least one to post review, they deserve ZERO stars.Requested fuel January 4, payment withdrawn from my account January 5. Fuel not delivered by January 17 after many excuses why. Take your pick, truck broke down, we're very busy, working Saturday to catch up or the best one, other companies are asking us to help them get their deliveries made???? Refund requested January 17 and now I'm playing games between local office and corporate to get my money back. I called today to see if the local office received my written request to cancel account and refund my money and I was hung up on. I'll be contacting the state attorney generals office. This company should not be taking money and not delivering fuel.

Horrible service! I've been waiting over a week to get my order of gas delivered, don't bite on the low introductory price. The service is a direct reflection of the CHEAP price. Debbie cannot confirm if I will be getting my delivery today, tomorrow, or the following day. I'm sure I'll get stiffed with the penalty fee for the propane dropping below the allowed limit in my tank as well. Hopefully this helps somebody!
