So I walked out of here in tears on Saturday and I have tried to reached out multiple times and they refuse to make this right. They charged me $130 and my hair looked almost the exact same. We also discussed how little I wanted off my hair and they cut at least 3-4 inches. Ive been to so many salons and I’ve never been to one that did not care about what I thought about my hair and did not care if I was happy with it or not. I wanted my long hair for my wedding and now I can’t get that back. I also lost the $130 that I can’t get back since they refuse to try to fix my hair. I showed different people at the salon a picture of what I wanted. They said that they could do it but my hair looks almost the exact same as when I walked in just a lot shorter. I have before and after pictures to prove my service and that didn’t seem to make them care either. They also don’t seem to care that they’re losing multiple customers, including me, all of my friends that go there and my coworkers that will no longer be going either.

This wonderful place deserves more than 5 starts? but that's all I can give?❤
Ashton is a wonderful empowering woman who welcomed me with open arms into her chair. (After struggling with my mental health I definitely needed a "pick me up" well Ashton did just that ?!
❤ Not only did she give the typical therapy a hairdresser gives to their clients, but she went above and beyond for me. To have me feel just a little prettier & listened too.
❤For as long as I live I will NEVER forget the compassion& encouragement those ladies gave me that very important time in my life. ( side note things are really working out for me) I just needed to be made special for that one moment in time & it had serious long term benefits to my life.
❤God bless each lady at this salon! Especially Ashton & Audra They will never truly know the huge difference they helped me make. I rounded a corner in my mental health that day & started to tell myself "I matter too!"
I left that salon with the extra boost I needed to get myself going in life... Small things to them had huge impacts on me. I'll NEVER forget the love and compassion I was shown.

Morgan did an awesome job on my hair. I got exactly what I wanted. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The shop is high energy and fun. Looking forward to a long relationship at my new shop.
