Absolutely love it here! The high ceilings and windows are so lovely. Demaree and William are also two of the nicest people you will meet. The building itself is very clean and safe.

I’ve lived here for 2 years, and I’ve never felt more appreciated and safe. The maintenance is always very timely and kind. I love living here!

I’ve lived at Schoolhouse Flats for about a year now. The apartments are large and I have enjoyed my space. The property is managed well and the maintenance man is almost always around to help with any issues. Rent is reasonable compared to other apartments in Cincinnati or surrounding areas.
