“I came in today and was greeted by Joe. There were a couple customers in there as I browsed and so I patiently waited my turn and struck up a conversation with the lady being helped. Joe was extremely kind and patient with me, letting me try all of the pens I was interested in. I ended up losing track of time but Joe never said anything and reassured me at the end when I saw the time and apologized to him. This was my first experience with a brick and mortar fountain pen store, and I was impressed. When one of our clients came to us rather last minute needing a holiday gift for their luxury clients, I immediately contacted &Sundries and they sprung into action. Our client loved the product and its aesthetic and it made my job of curating so much easier. Our shipping carrier was less than kind with the packages, so when a few arrived damaged, the team quickly shipped out replacements and we stayed right on schedule. They're definitely on our preferred vendor list!”
