Horrible. After waiting an hour and a half to get an order placed online, I left without a phone (that was in stock and paid for) because the order couldn't be completed. Was told if I had just come in and bought the phone and not ordered online this would be easy! Maybe I missed the point of ordering and paying online so all I have to do is come and pick up a bag? If you're with Verizon go to an actual Verizon store. These guys can't help and don't care. They laughed at customers who left saying they would find another carrier when told it was a 2+ hour wait to be taken care of. Frankly they don't care.

Don't know why we have a Verizon store when at best you get 1 bar of service. Maybe instead of losing ground Verizon should start expanding and getting the massive amounts of spectrum they lost back and stop letting T mobile and AT&T buy up everything at auction. Instead of taking down towers, put more up? Maybe put up some 5G towers in danville? Would be nice. Or maybe some C band towers since that's all verizon seems to want to invest in...

We had an amazing experience with Austin from this store. Not only did he make the process very easy, but he was super personable. He is extremely knowledgeable of the products and services. Because of him we will definitely be coming back!

Son had an appointment set up by an 800 customer service representative to take care of an eSIM problem where his phone had not been working for two days after multiple attempts, fixing it over the phone to the tune of about 2 hours of time in already. The customer service representative suggested he take it into the local store and set up his appt. He said they could absolutely handle it for him there and it would be less complicated and quicker since he not working. My son took the time to go to his appointment where they proceeded to tell him they could NOT help and gave him the customer service phone number to go back and try to take care of again on his own.??) After speaking to the next 800 cust service rep after another 30 min hold time who finally took care of problem,, I was told again that they absolutely should’ve handled that for him in the store and taken care of it. They just clearly did not want to take the time and brushed him off. Very poor customer service.

Austin was excellent with helping myself and my grand-daughter with our questions, purchase, and subsequent set up of new phone. Very helpful in getting discounts I was eligible for. Ended up with a pleasant and mostly painless experience.
