Packages are either delivered to wrong address or say delivered and never has been. Horrible . If I could give a zero I would. Then when you question it you get an ignorant response.

Terrible service, mail goes missing constantly. Have to go in to get anything done and half the time they just shrug.

Apparently it’s a hassle to walk down a drive way to deliver mail to the CORRECT mailbox, I have gone to the office to ask that I receive my mail but instead I have to deal with my items being returned. I don’t know why they can’t get people who actually want to do their job but this is unacceptable!!!
