I have been a customer of the Stewart, Powell Ford Dealership in Danville, Kentucky for many years. I have purchased at least three new vehicles from them and I have been very happy with the transactions. They are both fair, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car or truck or anyone who is looking for reliable service of their vehicles.

Stuart Powell was wonderful to deal with. My pleasant and patient salesman (Matt Applegate) listened to me prattle on and on and debate the pros and cons of each color offered, of the many options available, and of the various combinations of service contracts I could choose. He listened and he heard everything I said so I ended up, with the help of Matt and of Janice who does all things accessory-related and of Zach who knows all things tech-related, leaving Stuart Powell with a sporty pearl white CX-30 that's perfectly accessorized for my needs and that has the many tech and digital things all set up, ready for me to use. (I'll enjoy all that tech stuff in my new vehicle.) I'm going to love driving down the road in my comfy, lovely Mazda and I look forward to taking it back to Stuart Powell whenever it needs to be serviced for as long as I have it. (And, I keep cars a looooong time!)
Bottom line: I got a fair deal on a wonderful overall package and, the trade-in offer was good enough that I decided to leave my former vehicle with them.

Made a appointment then was told appointments were drop off only which makes no since as to why you make a appointment to begin with so I waited like I figured you would do when you make a appointment but the job was completed quickly and I assume correctly so don’t have any complaints there just seemed like too much confusion at first appreciate the job that was done thought the shop supplies charge was bs considering it was to enter a code into the computer but is what it is also it appears that the parts has inadequate information couldn’t even tell me how much transmission fluid the truck was supposed to have but they were helpful

The driver Gary Anderson was very polite.Lisa called wanting to know what was they are doing to the truck even though it was in the computer and she was very rude on the phone.
