Our room was filthy 246. There were stains everywhere, walls, ceiling ,lampshades ,EVERYWHERE! The arm chair in the room was literally so dirty I wouldn’t even sit on it .We paid $100 to check in at 3pm and checked out at 11pm . There was no way I could’ve slept in that filthy room . There were what looked to be pubic hairs on the sheets .
We only chose this location bc it had a pool , the pool isn’t open
We had heavy bags with us , no elevators
This hotel isnt what was advertised and is overpriced and needs to be inspected by the health department

Loved James gotta give him a "Shout-Out!" He makes the difference in this hotel such a sweet spirited man!!! Makes ya feel right at home!! Loved the rooms very Clean an Quiet!

Love it!!! Love the breakfast that lady is a great cook! The staff is always friendly, & always fixes any kind of situation/problem that I've had with manners, & a friendly smile! Rooms are reasonably priced, I sleep great because the rooms are clean & the beds are soft, & they are never stingy with pillows nor towels, I totally recommend this place!! Oh & too, for all you adults, the walls r pretty thick if ya know what I mean!! Great place to stay?❤️
Food & drinks: They keep a variety of things & are always stocked & drinks are always ice cold....yep, they have ice machines & laundry rooms

Room was clean, had fridge, microwave, and hide a bed. Desk clerks were very friendly. Pet fee is $35 though, which is a little high.

Great place to stay in Danville KY. Lovely town with lovely people.The stairs work great to get to your room.The water gets nice and hot with a little patience.Great place. Great Rates.

Anyone in the Hospitality business knows a clean room and clean mattresses are top priority. The mattresses were old and stained with what looked like to be urine. The guest pays for employees salaries and owners upkeep for a motel or hotel. Katie was very congenial professional, it was a pleasure meeting Katie.Rooms: room was awful. Stained old mattresses. Room not clean and t.v was unclogged from the t.v, bathroom door frame rust on the frame, drape old and falling apart. Rating on the room one star.

Very helpful at making sure we had our full discount from our insurance company membership discount and where it was very late of getting there to find a room . They'd only had 1 room left in whole place though and it was a suite but they made it right. And the night manager working that night went of his way to make sure I had everything I might need since I have some health issues right now plus had stroke not long ago. Highly recommend it for places to stay. Plus the breakfast is really good and lots to choose from.

The staff were excellent hosts. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The staff attended to any needs . The breakfasts were hot and delicious. The staff kept the food dishes full.The stay was great and the rooms were very clean.Thank youWilliam Swain

I will start with the positive: great location, dog friendly, decent breakfast and helpful staff.Now the rest. Cigarette burn marks on the door, burn hole in bedding, smoke detector was missing, no exhaust fan in bathroom, mold on bathroom ceiling, missing swith in bathroom, poor renovations with patch marks not being painted over, curtains were somewhat falling off, the side door did not close well and was only closed at night when I expressed concern for safety (front desk stated many dog owners use it to walk dogs, I had a dog with any went out back door and walked around to the front door).Needless to say I will find a different dog friendly hotel if needed.
