Once I mistakenly put something incorrect in a media mail package, and when I went to ask them why it had been upgraded to priority, they were able to look up exactly what the problem was (it was my mistake) and answer my question. It is such a pleasure to do business with an office like this.”

“I felt like a positive experience at the post office needs to be noticed. I have had some awful experiences at post offices and always dread going. My experience here was great. The woman working was friendly and efficient. I had filled out a mailing form incorrectly and she kindly explained the issue and sent me over to the side to fix it and return to line in place of where I would have been. She was processing people quickly and kindly, my total wait was maybe 10-15 minutes and there was a long line.”
