Friendly, courteous and no pressure sales. Salesman listened to what we were looking for and he helped fund just that. He didn't try to push us in any other direction. Sad, frustrating & greatly disappointing! Took my car in for Service department to find out issue with air conditioner. Next day, informed issue but part was needed, then a 14 hour job. I was given a target date for completion. Upon calling that date, was told probably wouldn't be ready until next day. Next day, another 3 days. Third day, received a call that it would be another day. So finally after two weeks to the day, our car was ready. Each time we communicated, I was given various excuses why it wasn't ready. Finally, they said they'd bring my car to my house. Not only was the gas empty light on, but only had 5 miles of gas remaining and I live 4 miles away from closest gas station! I will never return to their service center and highly recommend anywhere else to service your vehicle. Two weeks, couple thousand $, and week of excuses are not acceptable.

My wife and I recently purchased a super nice Ford F-150 Truck from Stuart Powell Ford/ Mazda in Danville Ky. I cant express enough what a pleasant experience this purchase turned out to be for us both. Our Sales Consultant John Mesplay helped us find what we were looking for and eased us through the whole process. I can't say enough about his customer service and professionalism. This Dealer practices a "no presure" friendly approach to helping folks. It was an awesome experience from start to finish, I rate them as "Top Shelf" to work with. Stuart Powell will be our go to Dealer for all future vehicle needs.
