I have had nothing but issues over the years at the Danville location. I spent over an hour driving today and about 30 minutes in the store after requesting a large amount of a product which there were hundreds of. After requesting help again and not getting any I left. It’s not Lowes in general just this location. Also am I the only one who hates that there isn’t a person to check you out now 1 it takes away jobs and 2 you don’t receive a discount for discount for saving them money.

The girls in the pro area of the store, Lori, Dara, Jenny and Whitney are the absolute best, my pro rep is David and he is always spot on when I need something.

Great staff! Very helpful on every occasion.
The store has a wide variety and great stock. They have what we need for almost every project.
Happy to see them supporting the military on holidays and with other items.

Bring female I know I can always turn to Lowe's for help with home improvement projects. That's what keeps me coming back that and my Military discount.

Ordered online for the 3 hr pickup. 4 days later they canceled my order. Everytime I called about the status I got the run around.
Went to Ace on day 2 and got what I needed.
