Does anybody know why these people are the most miserable, rude, sour puss actin people that ever did run a pharmacy?! I mean good grief, there is really no need to act put out with customers, and if yall hate your job that much then retire or find something else! It’s beyond pathetic, I feel like they all need a humbling reality check! The older, chubby lady with long reddish blonde hair is the worst! Sorry that I can through the drive thru and you had to do your job! Lmao I’ll switch my scripts over to CVS, idk how this place is still in business! Shut it down Danville, or rehire people who care about other people in the customer service field THEY CHOSE!!!! Merry Christmas! -said no one at this pharmacy EVER!!

Worst pharmacy that there is. Has taken me 5 days to get a prescription. Have ran out of blood pressure medication. I go to pick up and they tell me it will be 30 minutes. Go back in 30 minutes then tell me it will be after 3. Get it together kroger.

The pharmacy manager is horrible and extremely rude. They have zero customer service skills. I have called in my medicine and have had to wait 3 days before it being ready after being “promised” it would be ready the next day. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business in my life.

These employees are some of the worst that I have ever had to deal with. 1st one was incompetent and untruthful. 2nd was rude and rolled her eyes ..acted like I was a bother.. and told me to "have a seat".. lol. The pharmacist made excuses for them.. and tried to give the impression that I didn't understand. Avoid this place at all cost..unless you want your blood pressure to spike..just to get a prescription filled.

I have always used Kroger and they have always been super great. Recently it seems their staff is overwhelmed and always behind. I’m sure this is due to staff shortages. They need to sacrifice some of that money and invest in more staff. Everyone will benefit if they do.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PHARMACY I’ve ever used. The staff were very rude and hateful. I wish I had read the reviews before using them. They need to be inspected by the state.

I was told by my Dr,after they done sent the prescription,oh honey you shouldn't of used them. They are the worst pharmacy around. Well 4 hrs later,yes they are. I love Kroger and use them all over the state of Kentucky. Never,ever do I have these many problems,lies and rudeness. And yes I'm here to pick up my Suboxone. Ladies your job is to fill prescriptions not judge people and be rude. Hope your boss takes my advice and reviews these workers

Wish I could give less stars, but that's not an option.Seems recently that management has reduced hours in their pharmacy, at least that's what one of their employees told me after a prescription refill was several days late.Went to pick up another prescription, waited in line for 15-20 minutes (luckily I was SECOND in line). After getting to the register, I still had to wait another 15 minutes because their pill counting machine ran out of pills, so that prescription wasn't done.... but that didn't slow things down much because they had "misplaced" one of the other prescriptions I was attempting to pick up (on line system told me everything was ready to pick up). I have to return to pick up the misplaced one. Felt sorry for all those other people waiting in line for their punishment (both in the long inside line and in the drive thru line).After that, my wife requested a refill of a drug she takes regularly. The system said it would be ready Monday, nope, Tuesday, nope, Wednesday, nope........ Thursday, nope....... she runs out Friday, so I guess I'll waste my morning in line trying to get them to fill it.This pharmacy was never great, but was tolerable. Now it REALLY SUCKS. It has some good employees, but it's totally unmanaged in most every respect.Not sure what to do, but if I cannot rely on their pharmacy, I'm not so sure I want to buy my groceries at this place either. My grocery $$ speak louder that my drug $$.....

Yes, they really do use "stall tactics" just to hold you off and it's very frustrating however, most of everyone is nice and helpful Until..... you've told them your there to pick of your meds of which one of those are Suboxone!!! Then, attitude,and facial expressions change Dramatically! If they could get away from being so judgemental AND JUST DO THEIR JOBS!!! This pharmacy would do so much better and clients would be so much happier and quite possibly "get" more clients!!!! Bottom line... KEEP YOUR OPINIONS TO YOURSELF AND KEEP THEM OFF YOUR FACE!!!!!!!! Life is too short to be ignorant!!

They are supposed to be closed for lunch at one oclock, oer the sign in their window. Its 10 minutes til, and they are already closed.
