These guys are great. They walk through the difference in tires. They don't go for they highest price or push the low priced tires. They give you the full price upfront.
If you have an issue They explain it to where it is understandable.
Every vehicle we have (5) has tires from this location.

My friend had 3 different shops look to see if they could figure out why her tire was leaking and couldn't find anything. Ken Towery did!! And then they wouldn't even charge her anything for doing fixing it!! I would highly recommend going here for any tire needs!

We limped into Ken’s with a massive puncture. Bruce immediately took care of us and got us back on the road, and charged us almost nothing. And all this while we had our pot bellied pig in the back of the car!!!

Absolutely, the worst experienced I’ve ever had including misdiagnosis, total incompetence and sloppy handling of scheduled appointments, which I had several. I spent almost $6000 repairing items when all i needed was a $400 repair. They finally fixed the problem and threw away the under-tray for my car. I was not offered a replacement had to threaten small claims court to get action, additionally they overtightened and cross treaded the lug nuts. I still have not received my replacement part the under tray, beware. Also, the entire staff has been replaced including the manager. No one is aware of Any scheduled appointments, you might as well just walk in. But please don't. Trust me.

Had an 8:30 appointment and I arrived 10 minutes early. I learned that someone else's vehicle was taken in right before I walked in. Personally, I didn't care too much for that when I had scheduled an appointment. I stated to the manager that there was a vibration in the steering and I needed my tires balanced. He said they would get on it, as soon as they got the other vehicle before me done. later I over heard that the vehicle in front of me was a family on vacation and they had a flat. Then i had to agree with managers decision to put that family in front of me. It stinks to be on vacation and broke down. When my truck was finished and I got to drive it, i was impressed by the fact that the vibration was gone. I hope the young man, that balanced my tires, knows how much his work is valued. I am a highly satisfied customer and will recommend this store to anyone.

Paid $114 for oil change, i requested tire rotation and they said we will do it but they actually didn't, lied to me. Who knows that they really changed oil in my car or not, unethical practice

The gentleman working the front were very friendly. The answered all my questions, with no hassles. They even brought out the 2 tires I was looking at, so I could evaluate tred patterns. Work was completed promptly and I would come again
