Have done business here for over ten+ years. John Stinnett Sr is a master mechanic…fair…and his work is always quality. The other J is arrogant and rude. I once had a wheel on one of my vehicles that had been repaired at J&J, (serviced by the other J) and it flew off on the way home (because it wasn’t secured properly) which could've been catastrophic. Fortunately it wasn’t and in respect of John, I just let this incident go since no one was hurt. But recent events made it apparent that this is NOT a place I want to spend my money and I would encourage anyone looking for a mechanic and repair, keep looking! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

We were driving from out of state and started experiencing car problems as we got off the highway, unfamiliar with the area or repair shops around. We stopped here and Josh quickly diagnosed the issue with our Audi and went above & beyond to source the parts within hours & completed the repair and had us back on the road to make it to a wedding. After receiving a quote in Atlanta for over a grand, my dad recommended I bring my car "home" to Danville and have it looked at by J&J. When they looked at my car, they found that I had been lied to in Atlanta and that my car needed an easy $30 fix. Thanks for being honest and reliable, J&J! You all are a true gem.

Fan on my car was out! His regular supplier was out of stock. The back up supplier was too high! So he hunted to find another, not accepting the higher rate! Saved me over $100!

If you wanna be disrespected and go thru very poor service then go here if not I’d highly advise going somewhere else a lot of the vehicles from here have a lot of issues and secrets to them that they will not bother telling a buyer

The time is between 8:30 a.m. on Mondays until 5:30 p.m. on Monday it doesn't have time for Tuesday Wednesday Thursday or Friday and it's closed Saturday and Sunday according to the sign on the door if you pass the Salvation Army on Friar Street go all the way back and it's a little Gray Building on your right hand side with a post light in his front yard
