“Rob is a top notch personal trainer and explains in detail, I really enjoyed my drop in on his class Saturday morning, great way to get back on track with my personal training goals!”
“We now go here twice a week for our 9 year old daughter. All staff are super friendly and attentive and it's a great athletic atmosphere. Amy at the front desk is very helpful and informative and overall such a sweet woman. The coaches Amelia and Melody are so helpful in teaching my daughter both from overall knee ledge of gymnastics as a coach as well as and especially because they used to be gymnasts themselves! I do wish there was more seating at times which is why the 4 stars instead of 5, but they are a great place to go!! HIGHLY recommend trying it out.”

“I wasn't here for the yoga, but the cafe seems to fall under the same umbrella. Judging by prior reviews it has gone through some major changes in its time. What I encountered was a good-sized cafe with sugary beverages, waffles, and pastries (they had one salad, but I wouldn't call it a health food place). The apple butter chai I went for delivered pretty much the flavor you'd expect from that name, rather excessively sweet but fun. A waffle with banana and some very sticky Nutella was nicely carmelized.I kind of wish they still had the salad bar that some of these other reviewers seem to have encountered, which if it still exists escaped my gaze. Nonetheless, the cafe was pretty good for what it was.”
