Editing to say I went back for only my second fill and while having the polish scraped off we noticed that due to the tech not adhering the acrylic on to my nail good enough, I am now battling nail fungus. Id be less furious given this can be a common side effect of getting your nails done, but they had the audacity to charge me $15 to remove the acrylic!! Will NEVER go back. I made it clear this was the only salon I've visited and I'm positive I was recognized. I also pointed out the tech who did my nails the first 2 times I was there. At least take ownership if you make a mistake. I've told all the clients I know and I'm sharing it here.Expensive and the wait is sometimes long, but worth it.

Took my daughter in to get a gel manicure and the NEXT DAY several nails popped off. They were pretty good about fixing the first, but then very rude on the second and blamed her for peeling them off (which she did not do). When the third nail fell off later that night we gave up and will not be returning ever.I had also scheduled an appointment so we wouldn't have to wait too long (and arrived early), but it took them half an hour past her appointment time to even start filling her pedicure water.

Great place to go. They have done an excellent job for my self, my mother in law and my daughter.

Was charged 95 for mani and pedi. The pedicure was decent. The manicure fell short as I have real nails, and all I received was a nail trim and file with polish. No cuticles or anything. They were busy, and as I was a 1st time customer. It was obvious they didn't have time for me. They were too busy with their regulars. Would not go back.

This place is not what I would recommend for anyone who wants a nice day getting their nails done or toes. I paid $87 for misshapen nails and toes painted like I let my 2 year old granddaughter do it.. I tried to maybe find another place when my nail tech can’t get me in just to have a back up and this is not the place.. I asked them twice to please shape my nails a little better and they still ended up looking the same. I have like 2-3 different shapes going on and my toes look even worse.. but I guess you live and learn. I will not be back! The only reason why I gave it a one star is because they were nice., that’s it!! Can anybody tell me what was $87 ??Services: Nail polish changes

Went there for the first timeToday. They open at 9am, only one person there and they were only doing pedicures. Finally, an hour after opening, one person comes in and starts doing nails. After about 30/40 more minutes another person come in. If you say you’re open at 9, then all workers should be there at 9. It felt very rushed and I don’t like when they are like that because they do not do the best work.

My experience there was pretty nice. I got a pedicure and a full set all in gel. Decently priced and quite patient in walk-ins close to closing time

I went here with a friend and I had a horrible experience. The lady was extremely rough with me and filed my nails to the point of blood. She was very rude and kept jerking my hands harshly. My nails turned out misshaped and bulky. Even after leaving from there for a few hours my two hands still hurt. My pedicure looked horrible as well. The only reason I can’t rate it one star is because my friend had a different experience. The guy who did her pedicure did a great job and and she likes her nails. Sadly, I am unable to say I had a similar experience to hers. It’s safe to say I will not be coming back here.

Great place for simple but good nails. Don't ask for complicated designs but anything basic they can do well. Very clean and well ventilated, doesn't smell like chemicals.

It's hit and miss with this place. It a tech does a terrible job they still charge you to fix it. Nothing worse than having nails cut too short, thick as a brick and looks like a chick-let on your nail bed!

First time there 120.00 bad cuts on toes chips in nails feet not filed good. Still dead split skin on feet. The guy did not speak English. I am in pain for four days and counting as of today who knows about tomorrow, could not wear shoes flip flops as cold as it is. Not happy went back was told by manager they will give me $5-$10 on next visit.. well no more pain for me there. Don't think I want them touching me again.. they should have refunded the feet price after I went and showed them and even spoke private to keep from hurting her business with the customers that were inside.

Not the nicest salon I’ve encountered, but certainly not the worst. I had SNS done yesterday, and compared to most salons, they did not have a wide range of colors to choose from (I was in search of something autumnal - brownish/orangish), so I ended up having to settle for something I wasn’t wild about. My tech (Emily) was very friendly, however when removing the last of my old SNS she dug into the side of one of my nail beds so aggressively with the Dremel that it’s still painful and inflamed today; never had anyone employ that technique before in years of getting SNS. They also do something that I’ve seen a few other places which really annoys me, personally, and that is finishing an SNS set with the gel dryer. I’m not a fan; if I wanted to stick my hands under UV lights, I would get gel, not SNS. Bottom line: I thought the pricing was fairly standard and my nails look really nice, but I only stopped in because I was in town for other reasons, so I’ll stick to my regular spots in Lexington.
