Just terrible and inexperienced. Couldn’t even get the gun out of the holster and it was just a friction holster. I went to American pawn, and got more than I was expecting with no issues at all. They lost several hundred dollars for the rude and disrespectful treatment. I guess you got my name now Marcus.

All the employees were super helpful and kind! I had a sizing issue with a ring I bought and the managers Philip and Jesse worked with me personally to fix it. They are very professional and I'd definitely see them in the future for any jewelry needs!

Went in today and had the worst experience of a business EVER! Staff was extremely rude to the extent of not even acknowledging me as a customer. I stood at the counter for over 20 min and although the employee had no one that they were taking care of, he stood on the computer and left me standing there without saying, "I'll be with u in a moment" or even acknowledging I was in the store. Was going to make a purchase, but I'll just do without it if it had to come from this store!!!!

Went today, walked in 2 people at the counter talking. Neither acknowledged us when they looked at us. Was looking for some jewelry, found a ring I wanted to look at and after my husband tried to get their attention and neither one ever walked over to see if we needed help, we left. Won’t be back either! I guess they forget paying customers are how they pay the bills.

Arrived with a 380$ pair of headphones, the counter person said he could only give me 50$ but would sell my headphones for 100$, I was interested in a watch they had for 125$ he said he could discount the watch then would not trade and was very rude he wouldn’t entertain trading my headphones he said he would sell for 100$ to a watch he is selling for 100$, would not recommend they will only give you half of what they sell things for. As if they still wasn’t going to make make money was even going to pay the 25$ difference.

Worst dans ever…go to dans in nicholasville for much better service people Workers here are rude and ridiculous denied me a gun sale because it was 6:00 and they close at 7. Lost my buissnes for good

The person over the phone (a young man) was nice but when i came in tonight he smelled like beer and pot, my advice to you is if you want customers you will do your little weed and drink your beers when your off the clock, i am digusted and disturbed by the fact that childern come in there with their parents just to see what kind of sad life choices this young man has made especially while working

Been going there long time and tonight they lost my business for good. They act like your stuff isn't worth anything untill it gets on there shelf. Smh, I'll get the rest of my stuff out of pawn there then I'm done . I could fill 3 of there stores and make way more money and they wanna look down on me. Don't think so.

Went in yesterday to pick out a gift, walked by one employee right by the front door, he made eye contact but never acknowledged me. I go to the case with jewelry to get my wife a stocking stuffer. I started to ask the same employee if he could show me the gold bracelet in the case but before I could speak he asked if I had a mask... I told him no, that I forgot it in my hoodie I wore the day before. I did however ask him for one. He said they don’t provide customers with disposable masks and I had to leave. I said well I guess I’ll have to go elsewhere to buy a bracelet... he just looked at me and said “ok, bye” with it being this close to Christmas and they had maybe only 2 customers in their store they’d have a little better attitude. I ended up getting twice the gift right down the street from Dan’s at Exquisite Jewelers. The lady was more than happy to greet me, give me a disposable mask and treat me like a paying customer who meant something . I ended up getting a bracelet and was treated so nicely I bought a gold heart charm as well.
