Danielle (spelling may be incorrect), was awesome. We saved big money making the switch from Verizon. I been with Verizon for years, but the cost has inched up over the past 5 years to a ridiculous amount. We save over half! Cricket was recommended to me by my boss. We gathered up all the information that was ask for and went to see them. Danielle made all the changes necessary and we were hooked up, saving over $100 a month, no loss in service, extra perks and I am so happy we made the switch! Go check them out if you are paying more than $90 for 2 phones, unlimited talk, text and internet... you are paying too much! Very Highly Recommended!!

The place is stocked, and prices are reasonable. I was dissatisfied with customer service over a simple question that did not get answered. The place provides a clean atmosphere.

Signed up for data only plan 100 gb for $55, per month a couple months ago. They raised the price to $90 dollars. Told I am not locked in at the $55 even though it was a couple months ago. Beware of this dirty bait and switch tactic. So don't trust their plans. I am going to try tmobile, they lock you in and are expanding towers in Kentucky.

They are rude people. They get on the internet (Facebook)and bully customers. They will Jack up their prices trying to find someone to rip off. When you bring it to their attention they will pull the whole staffing including the manager. (Miss burkhart) to threaten to sue people for defamation. If people want to have that kind of business go for it but if I was y'all I would go to mintmobile. The service is a whole lot cheaper and the people are a whole lot friendlier. This store has a bunch of crooks working at it. I'm sure the owner probably don't even know how they act. And they're still only makes 47,000 a year and they diss people on the internet who makes double that lol. I'm actually waiting to talk to my lawyer after the holidays. For discrimination and harassment of services and a few other things. I wouldn't be surprised if they ain't stealing from the store selling stuff on the internet.

Had a great experience! The lady helping us was wonderful! Her name was Pink and she went over and beyond for us ! We was switching services and Verizon was making it hard and she did everything to help us ! It was time for her to go home and she had so much patients and never gave up or rushed us she stayed late to make sure we was switched over ! She was very friendly and went out of her way to help us !! Thank you !!

Today I drove over an hr to get the phone that I wanted to the Danville store and I must say I am glad that I did. The lady name Pink was so awesome today I mean this lady went above and beyond for me and had patience like no other when we had to deal with progressive leasing today which was a head ace. I thanked her so much for her patience and kindness today. The entire time she kept me from being frustrated and upset by laughing and staying positive. People like this is who you want to be managers in your store. They know how to treat people and take care of them. Thank you Pink for all you did today, I appreciate everything! May God continue to bless you each and everyday!
