If you ever need emergency room go elsewhere. There are people sitting in here now who have been here for 6+ hours. No one at the window to ask anything They must have all went home and left the sick people sitting here. Administration will hear about it in the morning! They don’t deserve a one ?

My mother is being kicked put of the hospital after 2 days and she still cannot walk because of a fractured tail bone. She can ot go to her daughter home because she has stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Can't get nursing home to pay for care because they are saying she is an "outpatient". Who the hell sends an 87 yo women with a fracture out of the hospital! I'm about to blow a gasket!

They sent my mother home with a catheter, didn't show me how to clean it or emptied it. They was trying to send her home on a Holiday weekend, saying she was bed bonded I had no hospital bed at home for her. Called me that Holiday morning saying if I didn't make arrangements to pick her up They was going to call Adult CPS on me for abandonedment. Doctor where rude rushing us to have a surgery she didn't need

Poor place very unprofessional workers. Bullying another worker their and when it was reported to supervisor the worker who was bullied got yelled at and wrote up this all happened tonight may 19 2024 cvu

Dr. Moss and a nurse named Jasmine were a GODSEND as were every other member of staff here. I went in miserable with stomach pain I had been suffering from a long time with no help and they immediately had me back giving me medications and tests and were so kind and welcoming. Never have I been treated so kindly or efficiently in a hospital around here. THANK YOU!

Service was absolutely awful. Went in to keep watch over my mom after an accident. Staff was disrespectful and short with us and her. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone

Had to visit the ED this afternoon for a very high & unusual bp. They were very busy and still everyone was very polite and attentive. A few times, multiple staff was in my room and still they were friendly. Even the nice Mr Leroy came to make sure the room was clean & trash was emptied!

Had a kidney stone a few years back doctors asked me if I'd taken any meds for it that day and I hadn't I'd took a 5mg hydrocodone pill the night before though and didn't think to bring it up also them asking for urine during a kidney stone is pretty standerd running a drug test doesn't really seem like a priority for that senerio so they did there xrays and then came back in admitted that I had a kidney stone but said that it wasnt moving and not in the right spot to even be hurting me then basically called me a junkie and kicked me out 2 weeks later I had to have surgery to have that kidney stone removed and spent 2 weeks with a stint in my bladder if I wanted drugs in Danville at the time the hospital would of been the last place I'd of went if I was a junkie as they claimed. The wonder doctors a st. Joseph did a great job removing it the surgery went fine they made sure I was comfortable while I was in the recover room they gave just they right amount of opiates to deal with the pain both in house and out 3 prescriptions of Dilaudid and 1 of 5mg percocet and I didn't turn into a junkie and nothing bad happend thanks to st. Joe, Ephraim on the other hand could have killed me turns out the surgery and stint were need because it was possible that bacteria had built up in the wound the shard of stone made when it lodged into kidney which could be lethal if it had broke free and basically poisoned my body from the inside.
TLDR: these are not people to be trusted they don't have your best interest in mind I'd littery have to be in a car wreck in front of the building and not be able to get anywhere else before I'd let them take me there again

The surgery center is second to none went there last week and EVERY PERSON from the receptionist to the gentleman that wheeled me out was outstanding, wonderful people thank you all so much for making me feel at ease and so comfortable you all are awesome!!!!

Shout out to the APRN working on the evening of Dec. 13 night shift you know who you are at Ephraim McDowell hospital in Danville KY. My husband came into the ER on Dec 13 with his symptoms and she ordered a CT scan and blood work and sent him home in the same amount of pain he was in as when he got there. Found nothing wrong. Fast forward to today Dec 23 at Stanford ER.....he has Covid and a urinary problem that's been festering for around 2 weeks now. Thanks so much for the great work and accurate analysis of what was wrong with him! Didn't even test him for covid on Dec 13. You talk good talk but your analysis skills need to be improved greatly! Go ahead send us a bill for what the insurance doesn't pay.....you'll be waiting a long time for your payment. You did nothing and did not look any further to see what might have been the problem. Maybe covid test should be protocol there at the hospital. It was Jordan
Crutchfield!!!!! The APRN! ?He has a prostate problem that she failed to see from Dec 13. She's not who anyone should trust! I just figured since my name is public and posted her name should be public and posted too! Only fair! Hopefully you are not treated by her for a life threatening emergency. My husband is still under treatment from her ignorance and lack of education and if we need a lawyer we will certainly get one. We do appreciate the the generic response from Ephraim McDowell about contacting them further to discuss what happened. ? Lol!

Don’t go to Danville ky hospital there liars and put false statements in my medical history accusing me of saying things during my visit I did not say and that I was behaving inappropriately during my visit, which did not happen at all! This all happened I’ll bet in spite because I told the doctor we weren’t on the same page! Retaliating much! The employee who wrote up a false statement and made my medical history accusations against me should be fired!
