Absolutely LOVE this place. They are the sweetest people and have such a wonderful selection of clothing and gifts for all occasions! I would recommend to everyone! Hands down the only place I will shop to get dresses and gifts!

If I could give them a 0 I would. So rude and unprofessional literally made a ”fat” joke to a family member of mine while getting their tux fitted. The people that work there are so snooty when I was asking questions about the fabric.On that note as I was there I noticed how cheap their materials and fabric are for an obvious over pricing.Do not recommend whatsoever

Wish I could give no starts to this place. Made fat jokes and rude comments the whole time towards my nephew while he was getting fitted. And it was the owner and his wife! Absolutely an uncomfortable and horrible experience.

Zero stars!!! Fat shamed my son during a tux fitting!! The owners were so rude and unprofessional. We Demanded a refund. Absolutely not a good company to support! Carol and David said sorry, but it felt really humiliating being talked about like they did!!

Absolutely unprofessional. Carol and David both made fat jokes and comments towards my nephew while he was getting fitted. Comments like "if I keep eating I'll be as big as you" and more. Do not go here!

Carol's was fantastic! We were able to find 2 Homecoming dresses aling with shoes and accessories in no time!! Carol and hee assistant were a blessing! Thank you Carol for all of your help with our 2 girls!!

No, no, no. If I could rate them a negative 11 I would. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. We ordered our son's tux over a month before his prom. We have called twice this week to find out pick up information for the tux he needs in two days. He was handed a bag, and was never informed, during the phones calls or when the tux was handed to him that this was a substitution. I brought to the attention of the owners that this was not the tux we ordered, the vest is missing, and the pocket square and bow tie were two different colors. When I expressed concerns over the fact we were never notified of the substitutions the owner's response was "If I had to call every mom over every substitution, I would spend all day on the phone". When I then expressed concern over that response I was informed that if the tux we ordered was not available they always try to get as close to the order as possible. I asked "So are you telling me when a customer orders something from you, there is no guarantee you will get what you order? Don't you think you should let people know that when they order from you?" This is not a dependable business that values their customer base. There were many opportunities to communicate in a timelier manner the substitutions and any kind of apology for this lack of communication and follow through. Instead they called law enforcement. I would buy a suit from Walmart before I would EVER GO BACK THERE.
