Had my car washed today here. The girl broke my antenna. After vacuuming the car and trying to put antenna back on, realized it was broken. Nicely said, to the lead guy, with girl sitting right there, that she needed to be more careful. Would have been fine with an apology but didn’t get that. I will not be back.

I will not ever go back. It messed up the paint on my passenger side door a scratched it. I called and left a message an haven’t gotten a response yet an my tires didn’t come clean the were still filthy!!

Following a disappointing visit at Thoroughbred Express, I visited the only other car wash in Danville with active staff. Regrettably, the premium wash I payed for failed to clean my car, and the vacuums were non-functional. Seeking assistance, I was informed by an employee that they had closed for the day. Upon returning the next day, my request for a rewash was denied.

I have managed and worked at multiple car wash companies and locations in different states and never had an issue until my first and last visit at this wash! The employees pushed my automatic mirrors on my truck without even asking and when was asked why he did it he sprayed my fiancé in the face with their prep gun that contains chemical. Also, as stated I have ran my truck through car washes every day since purchase and NEVER had an issue and the wash ripped off my bed cover and tore it to shreds. Owner stated she would buy and replace my mirror over a month ago and have not heard from her since. This is terrible business and a terrible wash! Would not recommend unless you don’t care about your vehicle!

Until today I would have gave this car wash 5 stars.. Have used this car wash mostly 2-3 times a month since it has open with no problems and truck always clean..Today they turn me away saying my tires are two big.. Yes it’s lifted with 35” tires.. but I have been though this car wash 100’s of times.. I asked when the rules change and was told “all ways that way!” So handed them my punched car wash card back.. wonder how that got punched?? So if you have a bigger truck you may get washed or maybe not!!

Nice car wash but they are closed often for maintenance. I bought a membership that gives unlimited washes but when I often get there they are closed. When you call the phone number to check id they are open they never pickup the phone and the voicemail is not setup to leave a message. Not too responsible company. New car wash to open soon in Danville and will go there when they open.

I pains me that I have to give at least one star to leave a review.. I have literally driven my vehicle through a mud hole and it has came out cleaner than this place, literally. I paid for the premium wash to find out the side washers did not work, the rainX didn’t work, and the tire shine did not work - none of this was mentioned beforehand. Awful. A couple of suggestions to the company aside from fixing your gear or informing your customers beforehand before they pay for a service they did not receive; have someone at the beginning of the tunnel for fold mirrors/unscrew antennas, and have someone at the end of the tunnel to pull mirrors back out / wipe mirror glass down, and replace antenna. I highly doubt these simple services will ever exist considering the wash itself barely exists but why not suggest.

I drive for Lyft and Uber and so i wash my car about every other day. I have the subscription, so for the cost of about two washes I get all the washes I want for the month. Excellent deal and they do a great job as well.

Vacuums work well For most part.. haven't tried car wash..i know they are free as I've had a membership for a couple years now.

Purchased 2 monthly memberships for me and my husbands vehicles. We are new to the area and we really wanted to like this place! This company's customer service is simply deplorable! Being military, we have lived in 5 different states and by far, this is the worst car wash company we have experienced so far. Zero responsibility and zero accountability. They always have excuses too! Seriously get ready for a litany of excuses, they come daily! I only pass the car wash after dropping my kids off to school in the morning. Well their hours changed and you have to make a call to the answering machine to know that. They don't ever answer their phone, even if it's within business hours. So don't call and expect to get any additional info, updates or help! This week I waited EVERY DAY during what was suppose to be normal business hours, for this company to open. I waited 30 minutes at their driveway each day: Mon-Thur, I was there a few minutes after 10AM, Fri I tried at 8AM-8:30AM. I finally got fed up the last two days and made calls to their answering machine and blasted them. Instead of apologies I got childish behavior with excuse after excuse that "they were doing maintenance." For the record, to run a good company, which me and my family have done across the nation for decades, you do your "so called maintenance" prior to open business hours or after hours. You NEVER leave customers waiting each day with no update and refusing to walk out and chat with them about what's going on. Based on this boys hellacious response and behavior to a disgruntled customer, and rightfully so since this happened every day of the week to her, he was rude, disrespectful, condescending and had zero common sense in his responses to me. I decided to cancel my membership on the spot and will never return! Can't wait for the new car wash to open up because this place won't see a dime from me ever again! Seems they have turned their Facebook reviews off because those were so bad too. Seriously people, take your business elsewhere, this place is a joke at best! They need to learn some basic common sense and basic customer service skills!
