We basically live on the road.We work nationwide in outdoor hospitality, and general commercial investment, and property management / maintenance.We were in Missouri when we decided we needed to purchase a new truck, so we can be somewhat reliable when we need to move, or move large rvs / trailers. A lot of the time from one coast to the other.My wife looked around the country and found what we wanted for the best price here at Bob Allen. When I called and got Brittney on the phone I knew immediately we were bout to drive to Kentucky.She was down to earth, attentive, straight forward, honestly her personality is perfect for the career she’s in. I talked to several salespeople over this purchase across the country, Brittney is a 10, there are a lot of 1s, some that should be a negative number.We had the entire deal done on the phone within a day or too, she was incredibly communicative and understood what we wanted. We drove from Odessa Missouri to this location once we had a deal.I told Brittney I had a dog, she said to bring her so we did. We got there and were met by Brittney and all the other super friendly staff there.The deal was exactly what was agreed on the phone, the finance lady was super nice with no high pressure or nonsense.It was one of the smoothest no nonsense car buys I’ve ever experienced, all with a 16ish hour drive each way, 2 kids, the wife, and a dog.I can imagine when this Ram hits 100k or in the hi 90s we will come back here and purchase another, if we are still working in this field.They have a beautiful hi end showroom, we have been to 46 states in the last 5 years, all the while driving Rams that need servicing, I have been to minimally 30 Ram dealers, this is my third Ram purchase, over that time, this showroom and store layout are the best I’ve seen by far!They also have some of the nicest model cars out if you’re looking for nicer vehicles.They had a hellcat in the showroom, they had a Hummer EV in a glassed in room, they had Rams from tradesman to higher optioned ones. There was a lot more but I can’t recall.I’m actually glad I work in the field I’m in, or I would be in trouble with these cars lol.Thanks Bob Allen and team, especially Brittney, and the finance lady, y’all are efficient, friendly, no nonsense, and appreciated!

Just moved back to Danville and needed to get my Jeep in for rear brakes and rotors to be replaced and have my heat shield looked at. I was quoted about $400 for the service. I had two different people try to talk me into more services than I needed. I always expect that because I’m a woman. Went ahead with brakes, rotors, brake fluid flush, and heat shield maintenance. They ended up charging me over $950. Then added another $30 for “card processing fees”. As a business owner myself, that is 100% ripping your customers off. Card fees are part of doing business. Total scam to penalize people for needing to use a credit card. Then on top of it my Jeep wasn’t washed and tires weren’t topped off with air. If you’re spending $1,000 somewhere, this should be customary. I’ve never had a Jeep dealer not do a wash and air in tires. I’m giving two stars because the issues seem to be fixed as of now. However, I will look elsewhere for future Jeep and Ram service and sales.

By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, can’t get no one on the phone and when you do the salesman won’t reply to text messages, ignores phone calls, says they’ll get back with you soon and you’ll never hear from them, odd characteristics, especially when you are calling and willing spend over 80k with them. They also quoted me over 15k less than my current vehicle blue books for on trade in. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone!

Was charged over $550 for a battery replacement. They charged 3 hours of labor for putting the old battery on the charger to determine that it was bad. I wouldn't recommend that my worst enemy go there for service. I have used Montgomery CDJR in the past and decided to give Bob Allen a shot since they are closer since I moved. Don't make the same mistake...I would drive hours to another dealer before I will give them another dollar of my business. I've spent over $200,000 on Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles in the past year...they just lost thousands in future business to make a quick $550. If you value you hard earned money take your vehicles elsewhere. If they are dishonest over $550 transaction imagine what they do when you purchase a $70,000 vehicle. They are the type if dealership people have nightmares about!

Came in for service after having made an appointment two weeks in advance. Drop my vehicle off and supposedly right after I drop my vehicle off the mechanic has to step out and was not able to start my vehicle on the time I had reserved. Instead of the service desk lady calling me to keep me updated she let my car sit there with no progress. Meanwhile I did not have a car to move around. I called three days later to check on my car and that’s when I found out what had happened. Had I not called I would not have gotten any updates. When a dealership has a customer’s vehicle it is very important to keep the customer updated.

Got quoted one price for 50k service , then arrive at dealership to be told that part of the quoted service was an extra charge of $500.00, even when I told the advisor of what I was quoted , said oh well , never even offered to full fill what I was quoted from other advisor because it was their mistake for quoting wrongUntrustworthy dealership

We were in a terrible situation trying to find a truck at the last minute for my husband after an accident. Luckily, we had Trevor to the rescue! We had a "no frills" conversation on the phone and explained what we needed. In a total of about 2 hours total we had bought a truck and finalized everything at the right price. They even delivered it to us. Highly recommend Trevor he is a gem and should be protected at all costs! Truly a kind and helpful individual. Thank you again. Trevor.

Tried to call to literally check up on an order multiple times with a deposit in. Could not get any calls returned. Just ended up calling my bank and refunding the deposit. Also stop letting Austin answer the phone. I feel no info ever gets passed on.

Has a everyone price listed online and also another $1500 special and when I was asking for just the price of the truck they priced it $4500 more than advertised price and said there were special circumstances but none are listed

Absolutely terrible new vehicle delivery. Gas tank not filled up, Vehicle was not prepped, filthy, not waxed, license plate bracket not installed. Salesman had to tape temp tag on. Being my 1st Dodge purchase, would have been nice to have someone go over the vehicle to at least show me the instrument panel.Complete Bull*•s**t.

Been taking our vehicles to them for 12 years even bought 2 Jeeps from them. Our recent experience was horrible. Third brakelight on one of our 2020 Gladiators went out, warranty work of course. It took 3 trips! That is 6 times the gas in TWO vehicles. We paid dearly for their mistake. Very heartbroken.

Great experience at Bob Allen. Austin is a no BS salesman that worked quickly to get me the out the door price. 90% of the sale was via text or phone call. We drove an hour and a half to Bob Allen. Showed up, the Jeep was ready for a test drive, go into finance quick and Austin went over all the features. No pressure, just an all around great sale. Absolutely recommend the drive and go see Austin!
