My go to dealership - love the way they do business

I recently traded my 2022 hyundai tucson hybrid in on a 2022 jeep compass red. Buyers remorse set in immediately as the vehicle starts jerking and dieing at red lights. Called the dealership and I was told to schedule my brand new vehicle for service. That blows my mind. The kicker is that upon reviewing my contract I see a 299.00 charge for accessories, I didn't get anything but a jeep. I call to research and they tell me it for glass etching they did before I signed my paperwork. I declined all extra coverage and overpriced warranty. When the finance lady reviewed she told me about the etching and I specifically declined Then she tells me it would be free..Conveniently the refusal page was left out of my paperwork. I called the salesman and spoke of being dissatisfied they offered to sell me back my vehicle at an inflated price way more than owed before trading with a much higher payment.Heck even more than I paid for the vehicle new. All I want is my 300.00 that was added in without my consent.

The service department got me in at my scheduled time and delivered as promised within the scheduled maintenance time. They were courteous, noted my concerns, and addressed them well at the end of the service. My car was delivered back to me in pristine condition and even set back to my desired seat location. Bought my car at BAMM and will definitely continue to use their service location to maintain it. Very pleased all around.

Drove an hour to look at a truck that was listed to have eTorque, arrived to the parking lot where a gentleman was nice enough to let us know not to buy here! He couldn’t be more right. The truck DID NOT have the eTorque and a number of other things listed, the sales rep was awful- had zero knowledge of the vehicle and was very uninterested in making a sale. Using phrases like “ I don’t know” and “ oops I guess we need to fix the listing”. No sincereness, zero customer service. Buying a car is a huge decision and it should be met with better knowledge and better customer care. Awful experience. Word of mouth is your best advertisement… customer experience is EVERYTHING.

They do good work. Like all businesses, they want to make money, and I would like to keep mine.

Drove 3 hours to buy a new 2023 Challenger. Car was filthy when I arrived and had obvious scratches and covered in something that looked like tree sap. Sales manager said they come from Dodge with scratches! They half way attempted to clean it up, but it still has issues. Found out the car had been on their lot for 10 months, had 124 miles on it, and had been driven 94 MPH per the cars system. Not what you expect when buying a new car. Worse car buying experience I have ever had. Reported to Dodge and started a case in order to try and get the paint corrected. Buyer beware if dealing with these guys!,

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales lady Brittany. She helped me out more than I would have asked. Got my deal worked out in just a few mins to better than what I was wanting. Everyone who wants a new ram needs to ask for Brittany.

We basically live on the road.We work nationwide in outdoor hospitality, and general commercial investment, and property management / maintenance. We were in Missouri when we decided we needed to purchase a new truck, so we can be somewhat reliable when we need to move, or move large rvs / trailers. A lot of the time from one coast to the other. My wife looked around the country and found what we wanted for the best price here at Bob Allen. When I called and got Brittney on the phone I knew immediately we were bout to drive to Kentucky. She was down to earth, attentive, straight forward, honestly her personality is perfect for the career she’s in. I talked to several salespeople over this purchase across the country, Brittney is a 10, there are a lot of 1s, some that should be a negative number. We had the entire deal done on the phone within a day or too, she was incredibly communicative and understood what we wanted. We drove from Odessa Missouri to this location once we had a deal.I told Brittney I had a dog, she said to bring her so we did. We got there and were met by Brittney and all the other super friendly staff there. The deal was exactly what was agreed on the phone, the finance lady was super nice with no high pressure or nonsense. It was one of the smoothest no nonsense car buys I’ve ever experienced, all with a 16ish hour drive each way, 2 kids, the wife, and a dog.I can imagine when this Ram hits 100k or in the hi 90s we will come back here and purchase another, if we are still working in this field. They have a beautiful hi end showroom, we have been to 46 states in the last 5 years, all the while driving Rams that need servicing, I have been to minimally 30 Ram dealers, this is my third Ram purchase, over that time, this showroom and store layout are the best I’ve seen by far! They also have some of the nicest model cars out if you’re looking for nicer vehicles. They had a hellcat in the showroom, they had a Hummer EV in a glassed in room, they had Rams from tradesman to higher optioned ones. There was a lot more but I can’t recall.I’m actually glad I work in the field I’m in, or I would be in trouble with these cars lol. Thanks Bob Allen and team, especially Brittney, and the finance lady, y’all are efficient, friendly, no nonsense, and appreciated!

Just moved back to Danville and needed to get my Jeep in for rear brakes and rotors to be replaced and have my heat shield looked at. I was quoted about $400 for the service. I had two different people try to talk me into more services than I needed. I always expect that because I’m a woman. Went ahead with brakes, rotors, brake fluid flush, and heat shield maintenance. They ended up charging me over $950. Then added another $30 for “card processing fees”. As a business owner myself, that is 100% ripping your customers off. Card fees are part of doing business. Total scam to penalize people for needing to use a credit card. Then on top of it my Jeep wasn’t washed and tires weren’t topped off with air. If you’re spending $1,000 somewhere, this should be customary. I’ve never had a Jeep dealer not do a wash and air in tires. I’m giving two stars because the issues seem to be fixed as of now. However, I will look elsewhere for future Jeep and Ram service and sales.

By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, can’t get no one on the phone and when you do the salesman won’t reply to text messages, ignores phone calls, says they’ll get back with you soon and you’ll never hear from them, odd characteristics, especially when you are calling and willing spend over 80k with them. They also quoted me over 15k less than my current vehicle blue books for on trade in. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone!
