I stopped to get gas, like I do every Friday, and the store sign said, "Get $0.15 off gas when you buy 3 cooler items w/rewards." I bought 3 drinks and used my rewards card and also bought $40 worth of gas. My receipt didn't even show the drinks I bought, and I only got $0.05 off, instead of the $0.15 off of my gas. I asked the sales clerk about it and was told that I would have to take it up with the manager when they returned, and the 2 clerks didn't know when that would be.
That's called false advertisement. Pictures of my receipt and sign are attached.

Air pump ongoing scam, it doesn't work never has worked and they pretend like they aren't responsible for it taking your money. If that were the case then why is it even there?? They rely on you not contacting the number to get your money back.

Half the pumps have bad card readers that don’t work. That’s just annoying when you want to pump your gas without going in to pay. I usually end up going to Shell.

This store is great except one cashier”Liz” She is the rudest! never smiles. never says thank you.. Acts like she hates her job… This is customer service, at least ACT nice. She needs to find another job!! Shew!! Some people

The night shift lady who wears glasses and is aged has no business working here.She mumbles to herself in front of you and has an attitude whenever she is expected to actually do her job and cash you out. If you don't want to work in service, here's a clue DON'T

I normally have decent experience with customer service at this speedway but on Saturday, 11.19.22 one of the 2 employees that were on the clock between 5:15 and 5:40pm provided me with some of the worst customer service I have personally ever experienced anywhere, ever. I am very concerned that I have paid DOUBLE for the kerosene I was purchasing for my recently widowed mother and this employee can not give me a single number, website, email or ANYTHING not even my receipt from the payment?! All I was told is " the manager will be here at 4am on Monday and that's the only time they come so unless you can get here at 4am ,that's all I can tell you" Not even an apology. Not only do you need to train your employees more effectively (or at all in my opinion) but most definitely some better screening for an employee who will be working will mass amounts of people daily. A sliver of emotional intelligence training would go a long way.
