Ashley is one of a kind! She fixed my hair when I thought it was destroyed! I went to Shear Magic last Friday 2/3/24 to treat myself for my birthday on Sunday 2/4/24. There was a girl /stylist there who needs to focus on the person in her chair rather than her phone. I understood she had doggie issues at home but she could have ask Ashley to take over. I was there from 12pm until 5:30pm and when I got in my car I just started crying. I know for a fact that 1 or 2 of the other stylists offered advice and 1 even helped try to fix her mistakes that day. So I toughed it out thru my birthday on Sunday and didn't go to work on Monday and on Tuesday I was so embarrassed because I had to go to work… as soon as they opened at 10am I called and Ashley answered. She knew why I was calling immediately and said she felt so sorry for me that she was going thru the appointment book trying to find my # so she could call and get me back in to fix it. She worked for almost 2 hours fixing my hair. Its a lot shorter than I wanted it but she done everything she could to fix it. Not only did she apologize profusely and fix my hair but she refunded every penny of my money and wouldn’t even take a tip. She is the true meaning of a business owner who takes care of her client’s! She was so thankful that I called to get it fixed rather than blasting her shop on social media! Im sorry for the long review but Ashley you are one of a kind! You’ve got my business! I appreciate you so much!

I used a relaxer and it burned my hair she didn't know what to do to help me but took me in anyways the next day mind u and fixed it to look normal again. I was so scared my hair was falling out by chunks. Thank God for ashley.....nobody else in town would touch it and didn't want to be responsible.

Unfortunately I have say but I have been here three times.this last time was the last time my hair was long on one side bangs cut crookedI have decided that they have done enough to my.I will not return. The people are nice but they are notconsent with there workNeedless to say. I have bery little good to say about their work.yes Ashley said thatI could come back and she would fix itBut who has ttime to do this every time you get your hair cut

My sister recommended I try Shear Magic. I was able to get an appointment on short notice and the stylist really listened to what hair cut I was looking for and took her time. This is the best experience I've had in a very long time and will definitely recommend Shear Magic to my friends!
