“Destinee is amazing! She was able to do what three other employees were not able to earluer in the week at another near by AT&T branch store. Not only was she able to assist me, she was running the store entirely alone. There was a manager in the back, but he was not assisting customers for the 2+ hours I was there. No less than 5 customers were waiting for help for over an hour each for my two separate visits today. I overheard 2 people quit and 1 called in sick. That is usually when management becomes support for the one employee who shows up and does a great job. I hope Destinee sticks around, but would not blame her if she found a better job with some support. Thank you for helping all of us customers today, Destinee!”
