Went to get coffee and was totally grossed out..gnats everywhere around coffee and their supposed fresh food. Not at all sanitary and not sure how they passed a health inspection. Gross.

You see a convenience store on the side of the road and you stop in hoping for nothing more than a clean restroom and when you go in and ask where your restroom is you’re informed that they don’t have a “public restroom”. I wonder where the employees go to use the bathroom? I’ll never stop here again and will never give Circle K a good recommendation because of this. Small-town America not even a smile

I have never left a negative review for ANYTHING before but I don't know how to get the attention of a manager any other way. I will be specific, on the mornings that I need a Monster or cigarettes I always stop in because this store has deals on both. It is always 3 Monsters for $5.49 (I believe) and 2 packs of Waves because they have in store coupons that make the price hard to beat elsewhere..... oh and because of their location I can do all of this easily on my way out of town. Absolutely... with out a doubt... not anymore. There is a middle aged, short haired strawberry blonde lady who works some mornings there that I will, from now on, pay twice as much and drive 10 miles out of my way to avoid! I feel horrible about this review so I don't want to leave her name but I will do this (L**) She obviously hates her job and people and has felt this way for a very long time - I have personal knowledge of this from the multiple times I have stopped in there at 7:20 am. I tell myself EVERY TIME I deal with her..... not to embarrass myself and that she is someone's mother and that I shouldn't be disrespectful but she has absolutely ruined my morning for the last time! She is hateful, unfriendly and very unhelpful ALL THE TIME! She acts as if you are bothering her and you might as well just take what you get because you can't get a reply from her because she either ignores you or she has a donut stuck in her mouth and you can't understand her. This morning there was an issue with the card reader and even though she wasn't at fault, neither was I! Needless to say, I should have left my items on the counter and told her what I thought, as I should have 50 times before, but there were people in the store, I was embarrassed, I needed the items and I didn't want to be late for work so I payed full price for everything because she most definitely wasn't going to be bothered by ringing things back in correctly. Again, it has never been my intention to create a fuss about your store and honestly, I do appreciate the stores inventory and prices but in my opinion there is more to service then just those two categories - peace of mind is absolutely necessary.
